Outstanding work all around from Tim Patton and the crew at Boucher Auto Body Repair in Waukesha.Whenever someone hits your car and doesn't leave a note it is very disturbing. But Tim made a difficult situation very tolerable by his work with my car insurance and the crew to repair my car.The quality of the repair is outstanding as was the customer service.Although I hope not to have to use them again for many years, they've earned my business and I won't forget their excellence.Services: Painting

My car was damaged from an accident. I’ve never patronized Boucher and I thought this would be a new experience so I called both Sales and Service Dept. I spoke with Matt in Sales who referred me to Kevin and Nate who then assisted in seeing that my car was serviced properly. They then took the car to their body shop where Dominic took very good care of me. I have yet to meet anyone of these guys but they sure treated me with so much respect. The job that they did on my car I can’t even explain how I’m feeling right. I would like to say thank you to everyone at Boucher for the attention and upmost respect they showed as being a valued customer. From the receptionist, to all those involved. This is exceptional customer service.

Being a victim of car theft in Wisconsin has been an overwhelming experience. After recovery, my vehicle was delivered to your collision center in Waukesha, Wisconsin. When I arrived, I was met by Kevin Wegner’s friendliness and warm smile. He appealed to my concerns, and he demonstrated consistency with expressing his willingness to help throughout the process. His genuine spirit made dealing with the insurance company more manageable.Kevin has an incredibly positive attitude, and he never buckled under pressure. 6 months for body work, then discovered the frame was bent. Couldn't that have been discovered while it wasn't being worked on for MONTHS. In addition, while Alec was preparing the estimate for my insurance company, I mentioned no less than 10 times that after the accident the front window leaks. Of course they didn't fix it, and naturally State Farm declined the claim after the fact. So not only was Boucher terrible, State Farm was too. Yes, I will be dropping State Farm ASAP.

I dropped my car at Boucher for repair on a Monday. I was told it was a three day repair job. On Wednesday, I received 3 updates via email. The first arrived in the morning and said the work on my car was around halfway complete and should be finished that day. The second arrived a few hours later saying work was nearing completion. The third arrived that afternoon saying the work was done and I should receive a phone call to arrange picking up my car. No call came. I called Thursday and spoke to Alex. He said my car wasn't ready and he didn't know why I got those emails. He said he would call when my car was ready. A representative from my insurance company called the following Monday to ask if I still had my rental car. I said I still didn't have my car. She said American Family was notified that the work on my car was completed the previous Friday. I told her I never received any notification, phone, email, or otherwise. She called Boucher and talked to someone in the body shop. She was told there was some issue with two different locations since the body shop had moved to a different address. My car would be arriving at the dealership sometime yesterday and I would get a call. My husband was called. I went to pick up my car. I found out the different location is rather close. I am not sure why it took so long to bring it to the dealership. I went to sign paperwork. I was told I owed my deductible. I had paid that when I brought my car in for the necessary body work. Patty checked and found out that I did indeed pay. I got my key and went to look at my car. There are small cracks in the new headlamp assembly that are not on the side that didn't need replacing. Also, the paperwork reflects that the work on my car was completed last week Thursday. I am disappointed.Services: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle here for repairs because I was told it could be repaired in the timeframe I was looking for. I was told numerous days after days I would receive a call with updates. I never once received any calls. I would then call and ask for an update, just to be told numerous different things by multiple different people. No one is in the loop or in any sort of communication. Alec, Promised me my vehicle would be done on a certain date, due to moving out of state. I Was told by him he would call me on the day he promised it would be done to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup. Once again, no Call. I called the shop just to be told by him that he never promised me anything, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I then had to speak to a service manager who luckily was able to help, and was very professional and made it possible for me to pick up the car on the day I was promised it would be finished. My vehicle was supposed to be detailed, it looked like it hadn’t even been touched. There was dust everywhere. I would not use this shop again or recommend them to anyone.

I took my car to the collision center to replace the driver's side mirror. Though the repair seems to have been done well, the customer service was not good. I expected the repair to be done in 2-3 days based on the estimate and from what the service adviser told me. At the end of day 3, I had not received any calls. So I called for an update. That is when I was informed that the repair had been delayed another day. No call on day 4, so I called again for an update and was told that there was another issue that would delay the repair another day. During that call, I was told that the service adviser would give me a call the next day when the car was ready to pick up. The next day (day 5) I received no call. On the morning of day 6, I called and was told that it was ready. I suspect that it had actually been finished the previous day, but no one bothered to call.Service: Side view mirror repair

I was in for body repair. I went in for an estimate and was so impressed by RC, I made appointment to get the car fix the next day. RC got me in right away and kept me up to date.Could not ask for a better person. He’s very thorough, professional, and over all a great guy to get to know. I feel like I can’t rave enough about RC and Boucher Collision. I’d give a solid 11 out of 10. That’s how great my experience was!Services: Body & Trim

Huge mistake bringing my vehicle to their collision center. I was rear ended and their shop was near by and since it was a big dealer I thought I’d be taken care of but I was not. Dropped my car off and four weeks later they say it’s done. Come to pick it up and the rear end doesn’t line up corrected (tail lights, trunk lid and bumper). Exhaust tips are also still bent and not sitting correctly. Zach said he’d take care of it but a week later I come back and although it was a little better, it still looked off. Body panel gaps were so big I could fit my fingers inside. Zach said he’d take another look and a week later leaves me a voicemail saying “the car still has body panel gaps but this is the best it’s going to get). He also stated they took the car apart but that was a lie. I reviewed my dash cam and the app I have connected to the car and they touched the rear and for a total of 8 minutes the same day I complained and waited a week before telling me they were done. Attempted to speak to the service manager who was unprofessional and immediately became defensive saying “all cars have body panel gaps that don’t line up”. I forwarded the voicemail to my insurance company who then had me send the car to a different shop. That shop kept my car for a week and not only corrected the bad repairs done to my car but found other work needed that was put down in the estimate by Boucher but was not completed. Complete joke of a body shop. Attached are photos of the tail lights not lining up AFTER the they said it was the best it’s going to get.

Boucher Auto Body did a great job on our 2018 Ford Expedition. The communication up front was great. They worked with our insurance company directly which was very convenient. It took longer than planned and the communication wasn't the greatest when it came to needing extra time. They have an automated system that was sending us email alerts and the vehicle was suppose to be ready to pick up on a Thursday. It wasn't actually ready until the following Tuesday. We had to rent a car since they had it for twice as long as planned, but overall it wasn't that big of a deal. Just would have been nice if they communicated that to us instead of us calling every day wondering what was going on. When we picked up the car it looked great. It almost looked like they detailed it. We were very impressed with that level of service. We also coordinated an oil change and a new windshield installation while it was there. I dropped my car off at the collision center and got my car repainted and they missed a whole section of my car. I am not happy how they treated me after I dropped my car off at this dealer. I Will never return here and I don’t recommend anyone else to go here for any reason.

I cannot say enough good things about the service at the Boucher collision center! My experience started after I was rear ended two weeks after buying my new car. The repairs took awhile from back ordered parts and detail work that needed to be done, but they were great at always keeping me up to date! I primarily worked with Candace, but have worked with Kyle and Michael B. and had the same excellent experience. I felt like I could call whenever I had a question, and they didn't mind talking to me. They explained everything in a way I could understand and always made me feel taken care of. I have brought my car in a couple more times since then for recall work and a small dent repair, and both times, I got amazing service. I will continue to bring my car here without any hesitation. Thank you to the whole Boucher team, especially Candace and Kyle for always taking care of me!

I knew I could trust Boucher Chevrolet's Collision and Paint Repair shop to do an awesome job after my vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision. They provided detailed documentation and kept me updated every step of they way until I was back to pick up my Cruze, good as new (and cleaned inside and out upon arrival). Ask for Brad or Candace--wonderful people to work with and their team at Boucher is one you can trust.
