Had an appointment on 1/26 for oil change & tire rotation. Went very well. Communication on the status of my vehicle throughout the service was impressive. Was sent a video of when my vehicle was inspection and explanation of how the inspection went. Would definitely recommend this to people I know

When we walked in the door, My husband and I felt welcomed right away. If you're looking for excellent customer service with a friendly face, ask for David Walker. He worked with us even after we finalized our purchase. You don't find that too often. When we reached out to him he responded in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend David Walker for your next Nissan purchase.

What an overall great experience for my daughter’s first big purchase! Drew was so helpful in this sale especially since we are from out of state. Was more than fair in pricing and went above and beyond to make sure this pre-owned certified vehicle was in perfect condition. Franco in sales assisted once we made the trip to WI and he was also great in answering questions and explaining the features. We looked high and low for a great small SUV and the customer service was outstanding here!! Highly recommend.

Great Experience!We had limited time to shop for a car and Jason was able to locate the exact car we wanted in a matter of 3 days, and I drove off the lot a week later. He listened to our needs and had great communication along the way. Love my Nissan Rogue!

This was my first time working with a dealership and buying a new car, which can be intimidating. This dealership, and specifically Ivan Sanchez, made it a great experience! I now am a new car owner! They did a great job working with me, educating me, and providing me with a great deal for a great vehicle. I highly recommend collaborating with this dealership for your new or used car needs! :)

The absolute worst Nissan dealership you'd want to purchase from. Our vehicle which we made a down payment to hold was not ready to sell on our arrival. The state law required inspection took 6 hrs to complete. It ended up needing new tires (they tried to sell it to us with unsafe tires), rear brakes and the back up camera did not work (which is finally getting fixed two months after delivery). Oh one of the key fobs was broken also. On top of all of that we could not even take the truck home because they couldn't finish before I had to leave. Then they agreed to deliver to my home, they nixed that the day before. The salesman Matt was the worst, totally incompetent. When I received the truck from him (delivery in Madison), he had the gall to go to the grocery store for a loaf of bread (surprisingly found in the glove box). In closing the purchase was a total Cluster-f. Just stay away from them!!!

I had planned to purchase a used Buick, my sales rep had one waiting for me with several others he could get a hold of. After driving the Buick he suggested I try a new Nissan which was only a couple thousand dollars difference in price. I immediately fell in love with the Nissan. It drove so much nicer and super comfortable and he was able to find the exterior and interior colors I wanted.

My battery had died in my car. When I called Boucher at 7 AM they told me to bring my car right over and they would take care of it. Sure enough within just a couple hours. I had a fresh battery in my car and fresh batteries in my key fob and the car was washed and the price was great. They were very accommodating.

I’ve been trying to find a place to service my car for the past few years. Most places just seem to view me as business coming in the door and it’s very impersonal. My visit with Boucher made me feel welcome and not just transactional. I hope to continue to develop this relationship with them!

Will not be returning. Took our car in back at the beginning of August, it was on the shop for almost an entire month, get it back then have to take it back in the following week because it was still having the same issue. We are now just getting g it back from bringing it in a second time- nearly a whole month in there with no calls about what was going on. The poorest of service we have ever experienced. No comp, no loaner car for the meantime, no offer to speak with financial services for a payment plan.Update: the car is still not working correctly. Absolutely unreal. 1 star is being generous.

I'm sorry to say, but it was a very bad experience! My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am, but the text reminders were for 2pm.When I got to the dealership and explained what happened, the service representative said not to worry, they would get my oil changed in 1 hour and 5 minutes.Unfortunately, it took my oil change 2 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish. The only compensation was 10% off my air filter.Very unsatisfied!!
