I’ve been going to a Burn Boot Camp in Little Elm, Texas but I came to Waukesha for two weeks because of work. I signed up for some workouts while in Waukesha and I had a great time. The coaches were all friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The gym members welcomed me in and helped me feel comfortable, like I was a part of the family. A gym is more than the building, it’s the people who work out there and encourage each other and build relationships. I highly recommend Burn in Waukesha and I’m glad I dropped in for some great workouts!

Last April. the workout club I had been at for 14 years closed, so I had to find a new place to work out. I tried several places in the area, and decided to join Burn Boot Camp in Waukesha. After a year, I have dropped 3% body fat, lift heavier weights, and my daughter tells me I look more fit. This is good news for me and shows that all of my hard work is paying off. I attend classes 5 - 6 days a week, and really enjoy the workout time options and not having to think about what I am going to do for my workout that day. At times, I have to modify an exercise, but at least I am showing up and making improvements. I would highly recommend Burn Boot Camp, and encourage anyone to give it a try. Changes don't happen overnight, but with determination and commitment you can be healthier too.

After finishing my first full week at Burn Boot Camp Waukesha I can say I am truly impressed. Within minutes of arriving on my first day for my trial class I was asked about injuries the trainers should be aware of from the trainer Lucas himself as well as the front desk which makes me believe safety really is a top concern. I have not worked out in about 15 years and at 37 that safety was a concern I had. Beyond that I have never felt any judgement for modifying exercising or if I need to sit one out for a breather etc. The trainers have been attentive and work the floor in a great way assisting and coaching throughout all of the exercises. I love the set 45 min workouts and that I don't have to plan a workout routine or worry about which muscle groups I'm doing or if I'm doing them to often etc. which helped remove one of my barriers to working out. The other gym goers as well have been very welcoming and encouraging and the gym has just a really great energy about it and I cant wait to head back next week.

Although I’ve only had the opportunity to be a part of the Burn community for a little over a month, I am already hooked! For so long I wanted to try Burn at Waukesha (I’d always get their email promos) and I would make multiple excuses as to why I couldn’t join, the main one being due to money. HOWEVER! After joining this last month I cannot emphasize enough how much it is worth it!!! It truly changes you not only physically, but mentally AND socially! The trainers and fellow burn members care about you and your success. I look forward to camp everyday and now love working out. Seriously, just do it and join. (:

I love going to Burn Boot Camp. I get the 1 on 1 training while in a group setting. All the trainers are fantastic. They are always making sure that you are doing things correctly so that you’re not injuring yourself and they always give you modifications in case you are not able to do it to your full strength.

This is the best gym I've been to since I started working out 12 years ago. The workouts are hard, the trainers are kind and knowledgeable, and the community is fun to be part of. I love working out in a group setting that includes both traditional strength training and new movements that keep it interesting! Also the music is amazing. Definitely recommend!

I hadn't worked out consistently in over a year. I felt it physically and mentally. I was invited to give BBC a try, and since I've done workout camps before, I did. It was great! I won't lie, it was hard, but I felt SO much better (even after the first workout). I've since joined and love the variety that every workout is different. You do you; go as hard and as fast as you want, and they will accommodate if you need modifications. The staff are friendly and get to know you by name. It's a great place.

Joining Burn 4.5 years ago was the best decision I made for me. Burn is more than a gym and nothing like a gym. The focus on the whole person includes expands beyond the physical self, but also on the mental and emotional side of navigating fitness and nutrition. Life is hard and being in a place that lifts you up, encourages you, and helps set goals that are realistic is a game changer. I am stronger, healthier, and blessed for this amazing place. The owners are invested in each members wellbeing. They share in the individual joys and challenges on a personal level. Burn Waukesha is my happy place. I have nothing but great things to say about Burn! The staff are so friendly and welcoming to all and they’ve built a community like I’ve never seen before. Truly no judgments no matter where you are in your fitness journey, just an overwhelming amount of support. The workouts are 45 minute long and even though they can be tough, time flies by because you’re switching from station to station. Another huge perk: child watch! The child watch staff are also incredible and will welcome your kiddos with smiles each day! Thank you, Burn Waukesha for all you do!

I went with a friend on a whim and did not expect to love it so much. After the 4 week trial it was a no brainer and I saw the value of joining. I have been on a fitness journey for 10 years making progress then hitting long plateaus. Burn is the kind of environment that pushes me in a way I would never push myself and I am already seeing and feeling the results.
The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. My daughter loves the child watch (5yr old).
So far I have talked about it with everyone in my life and now the strangers of Google!
If you need a sign to try something different here's me saying do it!

Been loving BBC! Their floating floor is just what you need to feel like a graceful gazelle when you trot across it, and it's so much easier on the joints to be able to jumping activities. The trainers are great, the members are amazing, and my kids are disappointed on days where we can't make it to camp because they love the child watch so much.
It's been so much easier to take care of myself as a mom to three kiddos 5 and under when I can bring them with me. If you're finding that childcare is your obstacle to exercising, Burn is for you!
Also putting it out there that I am, like, waaaaaaaay out of shape. I haven't run, jumped, burpee'd in close to a decade and my body is NOT the same after 3 kids. There are people on the floor rocking every exercise, and there are people like me on the floor modifying the heck out of the exercises. It's still an amazing workout and there's no need to feel self conscious or think you can't do it. The trainers have been wonderful about helping me modify while also pushing me to do more.
