We've been bringing out children to this facility for 3+ years now. The previous director, Heather, did a disservice to the school. The new director, Laura, is great. She has been very helpful and had a very hands on approach, which we love! The other staff is also great. My son currently attends the 4K program through the district at Cadence, so it's been convenient as well. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because of being short staffed. Not lack of trying on their part, it's just hard to find reliable, dependable people! Especially ones you can trust with our babies lives! Overall, we are happy!

My grandson was going there unfortunately he was never happy to attend. He would cry every time my daughter was to take him there. He'd say they're mean the teacher always puts him in time out. Although they never explained why or what he did. The director was just unprofessional at times. For someone who ran a daycare as long as she , she seemed unfriendly and looked at you with discord. She always seemed overly concerned about getting paid . Charges were added late fees and other unrelated charges to the bill. When you asked for explanations it seemed a bother to her to tell you. My daughter was out of town for a couple weeks where he did not attend although she talked to them on the phone there was no indication of a problem. When she came back I called to ask her if he could come in the next day and she told me she'd get back to me, had to check her schedule. Never called , text, e-mailed in any way try to contact me or my daughter. The next day when she takes him in they tell her he is disenrolled. They don't have enough staff. Really. Unprofessional , not truthful. Be very weary about taking your child here.

We chose this daycare because of it's convenient location. The woman who runs it is a bit strange and there were times where we felt maybe we were being a bother. Our biggest complaint happened after a few months of attendance (5 months). It was their response to our child developing a medical disorder and needing a slight shift in care. I use the word "slight" because it's comparable to a child that's maybe broken their arm and are wearing a cast. Basic care needs such as keeping them off the playground, keeping a closer eye on them to make sure they're not putting themselves at risk of injury, and attending to them quickly if injury does occur (they're kids - it happens). The manager's response was very alarming. "How do you keep a kid off a playground?" This seems like such an easy thing to do. Provide them with activities/toys that they can use on the ground."What if a kid accidentally pushes them?" That's okay, it will likely happen, just try and gauge how hard he was hit and call us if it's a hard smack on the head or stomach."This seems like a liability, I need to talk to my superior."We decided to pull our son out of this daycare. The cherry on top was that she said she'd get back to us after speaking with her superiors and never did. We didn't even tell them we were done attending because they never got back to us. It felt like they were secretly hoping we'd pull out (whether that's true or not is another thing). The reason I rated them a 2 instead of a 1 is because several of the teachers/teachers assistants were very kind to our child and they loved being there. It's tough to get into a daycare these days, so if this facility is the only place that has openings I wouldn't say it's a "must stay away," but I wouldn't keep it as your first choice.

We've been with AAL/Cadence since our oldest was in 4k 6 years ago. The staff has been so great working with our schedule, and communicating all information. Staff is all very approachable and easy to talk to. The activities and curriculum in the toddler room helped our little guy know his numbers and letters before he was 3, and I love that they have the smaller class sizes for 4k. They've been the most affordable that we've found, thank God, because forget about qualifying for child care assistance and still being able to afford cost of living!

Our son has been attending Cadence Academy in Waukesha since he was just over a year old and I do not have enough positive things to say about the entire staff of this facility. I have always left feeling like my son was in the best of hands and knowing that he was living his best life every day while we are working to support our family. He has excelled in every aspect of his development with Cadence and I know with certainty that every teacher and staff member there knows not only him on a personal level, but my husband and I as well.Even after moving from New Berlin to the Lake Country area two years ago, my husband and I make the longer drive so that our son can continue his learning with Cadence in Waukesha. They are truly the best! I am so glad that we found them and I know my son is safe and well taken care of every time he walks through the door.

My 3 yr old nephew attends this pre-school and has a speech delay. They were able to set him up with a program where he is learning so much. He loves to talk now and tell me about all the things going on in the class and and he's learning. The teachers and all the staff are very friendly. I trust the teachers and recommend them to my friends. I love how excited he gets to go to school.

We love All About Learning! We have going there for over 6 years and our kids love it. All the teachers are so nice and helpful. We have a special hug for Ms Jeannie, Ms Christa, Ms Christie and Ms Sara! As parents you have a choice to trust another person to watch your children and we trust the capable teachers at all about learning. They are like an extended family.

My daughter has attended AAL since she was 6 weeks of age. She LOVES going to daycare. Everyday her teachers greet her with open arms and a BIG hug. She has learned soooo much and is constantly learning new and exciting things. I've never once felt hesitant with leaving her in their care. I highly recommend AAL Waukesha!!! :)
