I went there for a drug screening for a new job I’m going for, and I had a very pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk were very busy, but they still took me as a walk in and got me in quick. The staff was incredibly sweet, and I would definitely go back for any future needs.

Friendly staff, efficient service. Wait time was a little longer than I expected and there seemed to be technology issues for a bit but sometimes that can't be helped. Definitely a very very positive experience overall.

I get my fed med card renewed every year and this was the first time I went to Waukesha location. I was completely transparent with the physician, and told her I have a prescription of lorazepam incase of a panic attack on an airplane or something of that nature , I also told her I haven’t taken it In Over two years. She would t renew my fed med and made me go through such a headache. In the end I had papers signed by my doctor, I had to have my last medical visit emailed to her and then she still had to call and physically talk to my doctor. After all that she said , everything you said was accurate and approved my fedmed. I will never go to this location again.
