Hopson has serviced two of our vehicles. When a dealership told us what was allegedly wrong with our vehicles, Hopson gave us a second opinion. Sometimes they've said there is no issue, and other times they've given me a quote and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. I trust Hopson. They've also done vehicle emissions. Leaving Hopson is the only negative as they're right off Highway 164, and crossing traffic can sometimes be bad. Hopson is trustworthy and great!

I have been coming here for emissions testing for at least the past 6 years and every single time it is a great experience. The staff is always super friendly and they get testing done very quickly!

Went for an emissions test. Was super fast and I was able to do the renewal right there. Super convenient. Staff was very friendly!

Excellent service. Parts price I was charged was outrageous though and half the cost or less anywhere else. Their explanation was that's what the dealer charges them. Maybe they need to find a new parts supplier that charges a reasonable price so the customer feels satisfied. 20 percent added charge if you purchase the part yourself? I could have gotten a name brand quality part myself at a substantial savings. Just can't justify this in all sincerity.

Very trustworthy and honest people. Everyone there is. From the people up front, the workers in back and the owners, they are good down to earth people trying to do right.
