I've been to this location twice and I love it there! Great friendly staff had me leaving laughing staff and over all good energy. I got in and out of there drawing blood faster than expected.

I’ve had to come here twice. Once for blood work and once for a pre employment drug test. The wait has always been well over an hour. For drug tests, they only have one bathroom which is why the wait is so long. How can you do drug testing and only have one bathroom?!? Honestly awful. I will never come back to this location and highly recommend you find a different location even if it’s out of the way.

Had previously spoke to someone on the phone(email said call to make appt) person on the phone says they don't do that- go use their website and just pick a time. On the website, no problem. Arrive at my designated time but they don't do this service during these hours.
Should I make a new appointment? Got told that they moved my appointment since I can't access this one anymore. Come back an hour later and I was Changed me from an appointment to a walk in. So lost any relevance towards being seen in a timely fashion

Made an appointment online, they gave me a qr code to scan when I got there. Walked in, scanned the code, handed the secretary the order and gave my sample and left within 10 minutes. People seemed nice, service was fast, and it wasn't busy. For those doing walkins please note drug tests are only available specific times.

The staff are rude, the wait was insane, the employees all need to be fired. Do not count on them sticking to their time for the appointment. You'll be waiting hours.

Unacceptable level of service.
Website allows you to book appointments when they don't have the correct staff available.
Receptionists need some serious training in customer service. Rude at times with customers.
Have equipment to check in that sometime works. 3 stations, hard to believe that all would not work.

I walked in shortly before my appointment time and used the kiosk to check-in. The staff was friendly. The chair for the blood draw was comfy and allowed you to lay back.

This place need professional team member like Sandra. She greet everyone with smile, while taking care other members at the same time. Her behavior is very ethical.

I've always used Lab Corp. This particular location is slow and incompetent. Incredibly disappointed.

Was directed here from our doctor for labs. Was told to call the number, which essentially keeps hanging up on you and urging you to do it online. Was not able to make an appointment same day. Called their office again and wanted to speak to a representative and got some out of state customer service rep who told us they allow walk-ins. Sent my husband there and the office people laughed in his face and told him those customer service reps know nothing and he needed to schedule an appointment. We scheduled his appointment and he went in, and again the office staff were rude and again laughed in his face telling him he needed an at home test, which they then gave to him. After all this back and forth, I called his doctors office which assured us we should have been able to do his lab that day at his scheduled appointment and there was no reason for sending him away with an at home test. Overall it was an extremely frustrating experience, we have been dealing with many issues with our old care providers so we thought we would switch for a more caring staff, especially since what we are medically going through is very taxing emotionally, and this what should have been a simple part to a larger process was extremely discouraging. I would never recommend this place on the treatment of my husband alone, not to mention the lack of consideration/helpfulness.

The self check in kiosk was nice, the tech was very friendly, the blood draw room was clean, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!I appreciate this experience after trying the Labcorp in West Allis where no one acknowledged my presence after 30 minutes.

Got labs done, and had blood drawn for the first time. I knew prior to going in how woozy veins make me, but the experience was fast and painless! After a couple mins to recoup and some water I was all set. Thanks guys!

So I try not to do reviews that are negative cause I think the positive is what deserves acknowledgementBut holy manI was warned about this clinic from a friend who had been here but try to not take anything to heart.First I did the check in on the phone. It didn't give much direction aside from sit in your car and well text you but I started looking for the suite anyway.I get the text and im looking allover for lab.I accidentally ended up in obgyn but raced over to the other side to find itI was a few minutes late which I felt bad about and apologizedOne receptionist - that I didn't even interact with says to the other loudly in front of other patientsIsn't it after [appointment time] [it was about 6 minutes after that time)And the other says. Yeah. Hes late.So embarrassed because I have social anxiety, I again say I'm sorry I wasn't sure regarding the text and where to go.Awkward silence. Didnt acknowledge my apology nothing.I had another drug test earlier in the day (I was here for pre-employment drug testing)And I thought this was walk in until I opened the pass thing for check in before I left so I raced to gather the last appointment available but had used the restroom 10min before taking the last appointment. Which was 50 minutes away.So I chugged as much of my coffee and water as possible so I'd be able to use the restroom again. After giving my UA, im told, very coldly and almost with disgust, "Well!. Its diluted. We'll see if the company even wants or accepts this."I was already uncomfortable and felt bad for getting lost and being 6 min late but I yet again tried to explain (and almost felt like I had to apologize):" I had another UA before this one today.I drank coffee and water just to ensure id be able to go. I'm sorry."I've had UAs were if you can't use the bathroom the nurses will have you chug water until you can go.So I assumed do the same thingI'm not a person who's ever done anything to a urine test-i know some do- but I didnt and I haven't and wouldn't and it felt awkward and it was obvious she assumed I did.If I knew that chugging water and coffee would make it worse I wouldn't have .It was the unnecessary comments and blatant disregard/being ignored when id respond that made me so uncomfortable. Will never ever return to this facility as I've never felt so bad, anxious and and uncomfortable in my life.Only gave it a 2 because I was in and out in 10 minutes. Please just be kinder, more understanding and empathetic as not everyone is there to make your work day harder or try to "pull one over" on anybody
