I have been a member for over 20 years and use Landmark for all of my banking and loan needs. I recently bought a new home and once I sold my existing one I went in to pay off my new mortgage....big moment in life! I walk in to pay it off and the teller announced me by name as I was next in line. To get that personal touch as I am having a big personal moment was really special. Shows the culture of the organization and meant a lot to me. Shout out to Assim Zaidan the teller for what he didn't realize as a huge deal to me. He should get recognized for that!Great work Landmark CU!

Used to be much better. Been with them 20+ years. I'm ready to switch. They shut my card down because of fraud suspicion, after i confirmed no fraud it was unfrozen ...been more than 24 hrs and my account is still shut down. All automated . No one to talk to. I think I'm done

I have an estate account at this bank, I wrote out checks to each beneficiary, I checked the account along with my attorney and it was in good standing we actually thought there would be a couple of extra dollars left, well I guess the account was $1.57 short and they rejected the last check and charged me $30, I got that refunded but now I have to pay the overdraft fee for the person who cashed the check. There was a savings account with $5 in that they could have taken the $1.57 from but didn't. So long story short triple check before writing out large checks to pay beneficiaries and don't open up an estate account at the same bank you bank at.

never had any troubles with direct deposit payments for my 3 year car loan. both Valeria and manager Sarah went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process for paying off my car loan. thank you.

It’s January 30th 2023 my customer made the mistake that we all make this time of year and wrote 2022 on a check but this “customer friendly “ branch couldn’t make the adjustment or allow me to, they just refused to accept the deposit Once again this place forgets that we are members not just numbers, thanks for nothing Dirtmark !!

I went in for a new debit card and the lady failed to tell me that I needed to call the customer service number to change my pin and activate my card. After I just told her about a bad experience I had dealing with the same issue at another branch location. The lady I dealt with her office was to the right before the doors to the back exit door. She told me she had never did a reprint only a print for new cards however I told her which ever one she felt most comfortable doing was fine. Like I said this isn’t the first time this has happened at the oak creek location they promised a phone call so all I had to do was come in and pick my card up. The call never happened after the clerk took all my info. I just don’t understand how difficult it is to provide good informative customer service. I called the member service number today and they confirmed it wasn’t activated. Something so simple to mention to any customer getting this service but again a failed attempt on landmarks part.

We have been with Landmark CU for at least 15 years. Prior to their explosive growth, we were very happy. That is no longer the case. When you call you go through voice prompt hell before being connected to a person. I recently opened an account that was supposed to have online access. After 4 months of excuses that they are aware of the problem and tickets had been issued to correct it, I found out today that I can never have online access to the account. My only option is to call and go through all the time wasting prompts, or go into the branch to get the information I need. Had I been told that upfront I would not have opened the account there. Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. If you are looking for a bank or credit Union, keep looking.

I have been there for years and was very satisfied. The service has hit rock bottom. Unreturned phone calls, online access problems, and voice prompts with long wait times. I was hoping it was a short term problem. I am done waiting for improvement and moving my accounts somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible excuse for a customer service based business! It's almost as if some of the requirements for employment at Landmark is a poor attitude, slow thinking, inability to handle simple math transactions and ability to always blame the customer, even when clearly it's not there fault. I just had another unpleasant situation at Landmark. I went back to Landmark about 2 years ago. I was also with Educators Credit union, and left there shortly after joining landmark. I have had ONE good experience in those 2yrs, about a month ago. Vincent and Michael, two managers there, are rude, condescending, lacking in basic communication skills, incompetent and hurtful. They must be doing the hiring too. I honestly can't believe this location has any customers at all! I will be going back to Educators and can't wait to put landmark in my rear view! EDUCATORS IS SO MUCH BETTER!!! There customer service is exceptional and it makes total sense why they've won awards as a leader in that field,, every year. Also, their reward program is awesome! I got $29 the last year I was there just for using my debit card! Different transactions gave me points. If you want a company that welcomes you with a smile, can handle simple deposit/withdrawals, takes responsibility and will not insist you've made a mistake when clearly it was them, will not cost you hundreds of dollars because there mistake (resulting in most likely an eviction from your home home of 10yrs), then STAY AWAY FROM LANDMARK! I cannot stress enough how disgusted I am with them!

Avoid going to this land mark for drive through service. Spend the extra 10 mins to drive to a different location...45 minutes to deposit...

I was seriously thinking about putting my savings in landmark CU but after reading numerous reviews, wow not going to be placing my money in here. The owners response to someone's review is always the same. Sorry for the inconvenience we offer several alternative methods for you to not use the lobby. ( So what he's saying is, don't come in, we don't want to see you in person just call.) He should use several alternative methods to get his workers to help customers in a more helpful and expediant manner. Sorry , not sorry landmark I'll look for another credit union to put my savings in.
