Excellent service every time. I didn't buy my vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Elmbrook, but it is the only place I will have it serviced. They always get me in right away. They keep me informed and do repairs quickly. They even shuttled me when they had to order a part, and picked me up the next day when my vehicle was ready. I recommended this dealer to all my family and friends.

If there was an ability to give them 0 stars, I would. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Mercedes. Our company runs a fleet of vehicles and we have multiple Mercedes Sprinters, which we will be selling immediately! We had purchased this specific vehicle in 2021 with an extended warranty which covers the vehicle up to 100,000 miles. The van had an engine failure below 100,000 miles and Mercedes refused to cover it. Even though we spent the money on the extended warranty and should have been 100% covered, we offered to cover half the bill. They even refused that! We provided documentation on oil changes and service. We run an entire fleet and have zero issues with our other vehicles. To top it off, this vehicle had issues in 2022 with the engine so it was clearly bad from the start. Mercedes name is not what it use to be and I would not trust them to stand behind their word. Also, good luck getting timely service from them. STEER CLEAR and spend your money with a dealership you can trust. This will be reported to BBB and other actions will be taken to ensure no one else has to go through this.

I am a former customer of this dealer in 2020 purchased glc 300 was very pleased with my sales rep at that time. He actually treated me as if I was a customer. I have most recently attempted to purchase another vehicle recently and was getting the run around from my sales rep. I continued to follow up with the sale reps and was told due to me wanting specific details on my car it appeared as if I was being picky keep in mind I'm looking to purchase a 70k or so car. So I went up to the dealer in person to try and catch this particular sales rep left my business card. It took him two days to call me and when he did he leaves on my voicemail "wow you look younger then I actually thought you were" :( totally unprofessional) and to let him know if I can come back in another day that particular week. At this point I was so shocked, I involved my husband he then attempted to call the sale rep in middle of my husband questioning his customer service he blind transfers my husband to the sales manager who never returned my husbands call. I then call the sales manager as well and had not yet gotten a response. I do plan to write Mercedes brand direct as this was totally unprofessional and the sales rep's comment was very sexiest. I personally don't believe Mercedes the brand promotes this type of customer service. This dealer at this location definitely could use some diversity and inclusion training. The sales rep has a very sarcastic undertone which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had a similar experience with a completely different sales rep this summer as well. Which leads me to believe this type of service is allowed by this dealership please beware when you are spending your hard earned money you deserve to be treated just like all the other customers

I do not have the words for how great my experience was. I got stranded with car problems in Moab, Utah - while trying to make it back home to Wisconsin. I ended up having to ship my car. It was a stressful time trying to move across country and then having car problems on top of that. But, Brandon Riemer was my saving grace. He was funny, personable and really cared about me and my situation. He was a great advocate and just all around a great guy. 10/10 experience :)

I never shopped at this dealership but received a voicemail that my Metris will be ready Friday. I called and was told they worked it out with my husband Don. Don’t have a husband Don. After being transferred around, hung up on, and told to relax because it was no big deal, I made it clear that my personal information being used to purchase a vehicle was a big deal. They told me that I must have been in there inquiring about a vehicle earlier that year, or 2013, and because my last name and area code matched this customer, my information was added to his.Since I have never shopped here, I have no idea how they got my information. But seeing how they carelessly handle customer information tells me they would not be a company I will deal with in the future.

Made an appointment online for a Friday more than a week in advance. Drove half an hour to make an appointment after working all day only to be told, " Are you leaving your car here all weekend? My technicians are leaving for the weekend. You shouldn't have made an appointment online. There is nothing I can do for you." Called the service manager and left a voice message. He was as helpful as he could be (which is why 2 stars). I'm still not getting it looked at, though. Why have appointments online if you don't honor them?!? Also, that "employee" needs to fix his attitude.

A lot of consumers panic about purchasing new vehicles because of their credit, and the cost but these guys will help you with the best vehicle deals with their knowledge and follow up. The team at MB of Elmbrook really helped make this transaction and finding the right vehicle very easy. Raj was enthusiastic and professional and Cole went out of his way in finance to help make sure everything was prepared before I drove down from Minnesota. We just walk in to this place and we have Sunny come help us right away, he answered all the questions we had ( not even ten minutes talk) . The other guys just park the car at front door when we walk outside to look for the car, and there we in love right away. We can’t believe it we buy this car just like boom and done . I continue to be amazed at the incredible level of service that the entire team provides at Elmbrook Mercedes. I’m not talking about one or two exceptional experiences. We have been dealing with their sales and service teams for about a decade and the great service has been a constant for us. We buy both personally and for our business and it makes no difference on whether you have a pressing service need or want to place an order for a few vans. Without exception, all cases get the red carpet treatment. Lastly, unlike many car dealerships, they really do continue to provide incredible service long after the sale.
