The guys that run this shop are really nice. I had an old car towed here to be looked at but declined repairs as it wasn't worth the repairs. They were also helpful in selling the car even though I didn't do any repairs. Reasonable repair shop.

I’ve truly never witnessed the kindness that I saw from the guys at MSI. Came in for an oil change and to check out a tire that was leaking air. While they were fixing it, two unrelated incidents occurred. In the first, a young woman was attempting to tip the gentleman working reception for the work he did on her car. She insisted, but he refused - said it was covered by warranty and he wouldn’t take a dime from her. Shortly after, a woman came in (4PM on Friday, 10 degrees outside) asking for help because her car windows wouldn’t roll up. She needed it fixed right away, but the shop was completely backed up. The gentlemen handling reception went outside and spent 20 minutes putting a clear film over her doors so as to keep the frigid air from coming out. Once again, no money was taken for this effort. I honestly couldn’t believe what I witnessed in the hour I was there.All of this, on top of fixing my leaky tire (screw puncture) and changing my oil in record time.Although 30 minutes from my home, this is the only place I will get my car serviced at going forward. Truly so refreshing to see the honesty from the staff working there! Thank you!!

The team at MSI is amazing! They have always been very helpful. I've brought my car there for breaks and a couple of quick checks because I felt something was off. The team got to my car the same day each time and even replaced my breaks in one day so I wasn't without transportation. I appreciate their service and help more than they know! I'll continue coming here for all future needs.

I've known these guys from back when I used to sell cars. They work very efficiently and do really nice work. They were Certified Honda Technicians before opening their own business. The facility is large enough to take on a lot of business and they have coffee in the lobby. The bathroom was very clean and my car was fixed within 30 minutes. 10/10 recommend. I will be back and sending friends and family here.
