I had the front passenger side of my bumper smashed in (teenage drivers are great ). It took a couple of weeks to get it repaired but from what I've heard, that was quick compared to others. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful. Inside & out. They took the time to vacuum & wipe down everything, it was so nice!! Of course my 13 yr old immediately dropped crumbs on the front seat . The cons were not knowing how long I'd be without it & coming in over the estimate without notification. We paid our deductible & they said they'd work it out with our insurance so that's not really an issue for me.

Had premier paint my SUV's hood, bumper and door. They did a perfect job of color match. Super friendly and EZ to work with. I will definitely use them again if needed

Great local family owned and operated business. Top of the line service with a very helpful and friendly staff. Sammie, is very helpful and makes the process smooth and stress-free! Jim has provided quality work for over 30 years in our community and I would certainly recommend them if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a collision specialist.

Just called to ask their hourly rate to fix a dent the person on the phone refused to give me hourly the rate. I said all I need is the hourly labor rate to compare to what the insurance company is paying out. She said she can't give me that and hung up.

I took my vehicle out for a mechanical estimate. Let me start by saying Samantha is GREAT! She responds quick and made me feel VERY comfortable during my whole experience! Secondly Eric (the shops mechanic) is very knowledgeable and trustworthy! He took the time to thoroughly look over my whole vehicle and wrote extensive notes as well as explained (in detail) what was wrong and the best way to get my vehicle back together for the long run.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My car was pretty badly damaged and I felt overwhelmed with worry on how to repair it for a good price. I came to Premier Body & Paint, and the team did a fantastic job fixing it! They also listened to my concerns, explained to me how we can fix it, and were very reasonable with pricing! I felt they were honest and transparent with me. Definitely recommend going here - There's no place else I'd go in Wisconsin!

I don't typically leave reviews but they really helped me out when I was in a bind (got into an accident with my brother in laws car and he needed it for work so I needed it fixed ASAP). Luckily for me this happened to be the nearest body shop! Not only did they turn it around within a day, they priced it very fairly and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Everyone was as nice as can be (also Sammy and Greg were hilarious... helped to ease my panic a bit). Would definitely recommend and am going back if I ever need anything again!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Premier. I needed a plate replaced on the underbody of my car and some scrapes on the side repaired. They got me in immediately, completed the work quickly at very reasonable prices and did a fantastic job. Samantha was so friendly and helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

This was a fantastic experience. I love supporting small businesses and this one is no exception. They came in $100 less than Caliber Collision and they treated me like my car mattered to them. When I picked up the car they had even vacuumed the carpet inside and washed the outside - that's going above and beyond. I would think they do this when they are able to but don't make it a standard service.

You always get an exceptional experience here. I have bought and have had service done to my last 5 cars here and never had a bad experience between my purchase and staff (particularly Jim and Lynn)! You won’t be disappointed!

We had purchased a 2012 FJ cruiser from Jim in 2013. Was told it had one previous owner, had no accidents or frame damage. We recently just traded it in for a new car (not because it had issues, but because we needed something more car seat friendly) and come to find out that it was made known at the auction at which it was purchased that there had been frame damage and repair. And it was also part of a rental car fleet. We had brought our cars to this location many times over the years because the staff is so nice but now we feel that we were lied to. Buyers beware!

Jim painted my Lund Moon visor for my Chevy Express Van. Paint matched perfectly. Good job. Good prices. Job completed on time. A+

I don't typically do reviews but I felt the need with this experience. Last March I purchased a 2004 porsche cayenne from Jim and I feel like I was lied to from the start. What brought me to the Vehicle despite its bad reputation for repairs was the fact that it was so clean and had an engine overhaul at 75k with 115k on the body so I had to jump on it. I had no expectations of it lasting forever without having to put money into it but there were things that I was told that wasn't true right from the start, one of them being the starter making a weird screeching that almost made me reconsider purchasing but Jim said that it was a spring loaded starter and that's how all porsche's sound which was a crock of sh**. The dealer told me in fact that the starter was going bad and it should not sound like that. Next he said to have installed a new battery and brakes that was a lie. The vehicle can't go 3 days in the winter inside a garage without me charging it and a shop looked over the brakes and said they don't look like they were changed ever. Lastly he told me that all the while the truck had been in his possession which he drove regularly he only put 87 octane which I knew couldn't be good. I only put 93 and hadn't put 1000 miles in the year I've had it the fuel pumps go out. I wasn't too concerned considering Jim telling me his techs knew the truck inside and out and I could bring it in to them for repairs which would be half the price of the dealer, so I called and spoke with Lynne since Jim was out of town and she ran the problem by one of the techs and I get a call back saying that they don't know too much about porsche nor have the tools to work on them and suggested I go to a shop that specializes in them. smh what a joke. I suggest you have your own mechanic do a through check on whatever vehicle you purchase from them and don't just take their word for it.
