Used my insurance road side assistance to set up a tow. I was told the tow truck would be here around 3:30pm. At 4pm I tried calling Jeff (the tow truck driver). Got his voicemail, left a voice mail. It auto sent me a text saying I could reply via text message. Asked for an update on the time. No response. Called the insurance company back at 430pm, they tried calling him. They said after several attempts he finally aswered. He ended up taking another towing job and didn't bother telling anyone. Read the other reviews, this is an on-going issue the this towing service not showing up.Service: Car towing

Roadside assistance through my insurance, was told 45 minutes. 2 hours later no tow, tried calling git voicemail and then a text saying they would return my call but I could also text. So I sent a text to get a realistic ETA as I had my 2.5 and 4.5 year old with me. Crickets, never got any kind of response. Additional phone calls simply got voicemail. Called roadside again and I believe they routed me to someone else, but I'm still waiting on that so I have no idea.

They are terrible I could reach them . Then when I did they were very rude . They kept my car for over 4.5 hours . It was expected to go straight to the dealer shop to be worked on and because they didn't deliver it . On time shop closed and appointment got pushed back I still don't have my car it's rediculous! Never will I use this company again

I was so disappointed in this towing company. My insurance requested a tow for me at 8:55am, and the wait time was no more than 120 minutes. Four and a half hours later, they still hadn't arrived and also hadn't answered the phone once during that time period for me or my insurance company. I prefer to leave raving positive reviews on here over negative ones, but this was an unavoidable poor review. I just want to make sure others are aware of the struggle we had with them to avoid their own.

My car got towed off freeway because police said it was in the way after it stalled. I’m sitting at there office (for the last 10 hours) since they are supposed to be open waiting to get my car. Nobody from dispatch has even had even called me back. Everything is in my car money and phone for whole weekend have had nothing!! Chevy roadside assistance assigned this company my tow. 2 hrs later no one showed and no one answers the phone number provided for this company. Now i have to wait another hour for the next contractor to respond to my roadside assistance call. Based on my experience and the other reviews i have read, i can only assume motor club calls are an extremely low priority for this company and they will likely blow u and ur motor club off. If u are on the side of the road reading this, i recommend u ask for a different company, it will save u a couple hrs.

Progressive assigned my need for a tow to your company. While waiting for the tow truck to arrive I received an update text that your driver had completed the tow of my vehicle and you wanted my review of your service. I immediately called Progressive and asked for further information on this because I was still stranded waiting for help. The agent immediately tried calling your business and was not able to reach anyone, they stated that nobody answered your phones. They informed me they would assign someone to my claim and get me taken care of ASAP. I was skeptical of their inability to reach anyone at your office so I tried calling myself. To my dismay I was also greeted to nothing but a ringing phone, which is appalling. It was then that I submitted my review of poor for your service through the forementioned survey. It was minutes later that I got a horrifying response from Jefferey Zingg. Jefferey titled his direct email to me "you don't have a clue" and gave a flippant and dismissive response that progressive cancelled my tow. Being that I had spoken with progressive and that your business could not even manage to answer a phone I find it hard to believe that this was the case. The level of professionalism in the handling of this incident was sub par at best, I advise that you revisit your customer service standards. I have already suggested to Progressive that they remove your towing service from their list of contractors. Reposted because owner replied with another dismissive response not claiming any responsibility for this. Instead he passed the buck and claimed another party must have cancelled the need for a tow by marking the tow as completed.

I have USAA insurance and needed a tow for a small utility trailer that got a flat tire on the highway USAA assigned Pron-Tow as the service provider. I was in Oconomowoc and their location is Waukesha. After already waiting 30 mins (breakIng down and making calls) we waited another estimated 30 mins for them to arrive. No phone call, no arrival. I had two phone numbers that did not answer and eventually they must have turned one of them off because it all of a sudden started going straight to voicemail. USAA couldn't get ahold of them either and another 30 minutes was wasted. terrible. If you can't be available as a service provider for an insurance company, don't waste peoples time. Especially when theyre on the side of a busy highway!! Still haven't even heard from them.

Service to help get me off a curb came a couple minutes before estimated arrival time. I only had to wait 20 minutes, which was awesome! Men who helped me out explained what they were doing and why, which put me at ease with my car. Wonderful service.! Thank you

The dispatcher was really helpful. Explained the process and asked questions to verify the info they had was valid. Payne was nice and very courteous. Everything went well
