The absolute worst experience ever! Handle almost falling off the storage, it smells bad like cigarette smoke, you don’t have access to speak to them face to face! And calling customer service they pass the call around over 11 times causing me to repeat my information and the problem several times! They won’t refund the $29 fee you pay or transfer it to another unit instead they make you repay everything over if you decide to get a new unit.

Absolutely the worst. Already high prices, but they jack up my rates every year. Nothing like punishing me for paying every month. I only chose this place because of its location. I wish I would have shopped around.

Great price and they’re always running some sort of deal online. When I had questions, the staff was super helpful. Every thing can be done easily through the app once you get all set up.

This place was super helpful and easy to use when we had a situation needing a place for stuff right away. One call, they had me set up and I was ready to go! When I got there, the gate code worked, unit was clean and ready, lock inside and all exactly as it was explained. Easy painless and recommended. Super fair pricing. Clean place.
