Scott gave me a straightforward price for repair on a gold rope chain, dropped it off right before close on Tuesday and he had it done by lunch on Thursday. Really clean repair and a nice polish job. He also has a nice selection of gems and metals and he also offered to look out for specific gems when I asked about them.
