I requested to have a satellite installed and it ended up being placed in the wrong location with several obstructions—was charged $275. When I asked to fix the placement of satellite due to obstructions and signal issues I was told the problem was with the satellite company and that there would be an additional charge if I wanted the satellite moved. They were not sure when someone could be sent out to remedy issue. I would not recommend this company as it's a scam and sloppy.

Been a customer since 2015 when I originally signed up for DirecTV. Al and his crew have always responded to any problem I had in a responsive and professional manner. From the original installation to the recent relocation of my dish, I couldn't be happier.

Met Alan at his booth at the fair in 2015. I had him install DirecTV for me. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The one repair I needed, I called on Friday and a repair person was here on Monday. They found the bad connector and I was back up and running. The latest call was for the re-locating of my dish after a new roof was put on. A suggestion was made to maybe put it on a pole instead of the roof. I took there suggestion. Called the day my roof was completed and someone came 2 days later. I highly recommend Sights and Sound Solutions

I worked with Al. He is a true professional. I would recommend anyone looking for Directv, Viasat, or AT&T service to call them.

Al provided great service and was very responsive to all of my calls/texts. Leroy was professional, courteous and efficient with the installation of our tv mounts. I am very pleased with the outcome and am happy that I decided to give Al a call at Sight and Sound Solutions!

Had an antenna installed on my roof. Leroy the installer was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint ...... after all the work was done, the final bill was $125.00 more than what Al quoted me. I feel I should have been informed of this additional charge upfront The wiring part I was aware of; However, the cost of the amp ($100) I was not. Needs to better inform of the customer.

We had to upgrade our DirecTV service to High Defenition, since Standard Def is going to become obsolete. Spent hours on the phone, talking directly to DirecTV to get the equipment I thought I wanted. Frustrating. But, once the way forward was reached, I contacted Al to do the work that was needed for the upgrade. He couldn't have been more helpful. Appointment was set up, within a few days. Returned all my calls, in a timely manner, and answered all the questions that I had. The technician, Leroy was efficient, respectful of our home, answered a lot of questions, and did the work quicker than we expected. Even now that the work is complete, Al called to answer a few more questions that I hadn't thought of, on the day of installation. Would call them, again, for any related service.

This is the worst company I think I’ve ever done business with. The original appointment went well and the tech was helpful and professional. It all went downhill after that. We needed a third wireless box, which the tech did not have. He told us that Al would take care of it within the next week. After 3 weeks of email communication and empty promises, I finally got a response from Al on a Saturday that he would get back to me on Monday. Here were are Thursday, and after me leaving a not-so-pleasant voicemail, he finally delivered our third box with a phone number to have it activated. We spent an hour on the phone with Direct TV and accomplished nothing. We have to have one of their techs come out. I haven’t quite figured out what Sight and Sound solutions is good for. Certainly not customer service.
