My card was compromised. I went to my local summit Credit Unioun Miguel insured me that nothing I would have I would not have to pay anything. He gave me a new card and most of all the customer service was A1.

Branch manager called in regards to a survey to literally antagonize a situation from 3 years ago. If you have no solutions to an issue don't go around calling people to revive those negative experiences unless you're actually about to refund the near two thousand dollars I am out due to airlines and the pandemic. We all know you're all about the businesses and not your members though.

Been to this location a few times and all of the staff has been super kind and helpful. Used the video teller after hours and it was super convenient and user friendly with a short wait time.

It would be nice to talk to a live person. After multiple prompts that ended up not being able to even leave a message, I was on hold for over 34 minutes when I finally hung up. Tried to do an online chat and that even said there wasn't anyone available at this time to chat! Very frustrating
