The young lady that was running the self check out was very rude and disrespectful and to busy flirting with the security guard to want to help me. I had stood there and waited like 10 minutes for someone to even notice I needed assistance. Very disappointed.

The new self checkout software is far to sensitive. It flagged every time I put a hanger into the designated bin at the register as unscanned merchandise, causing the clerk to come and fish through my items and rering everything up herself. I get your trying to prevent left but if the cameras can't tell the diffrence between merchandise and hangers, just open more regular lanes at that point.

Love this store...friendly staff , very clean, and everything is easy to find. When I use the order pick up, there is always someone available right away to get me in and out quickly!

Good store but had two people “watching” self check out and neither of them could stop their conversation to help me look for my keys that were left there. very disappointed and upset with the workers.

I had quite a bit to return and recheck out to get sale prices on and Kiersten was just awesome! She made the whole process go smoothly. She definitely knew what she was doing and she also had awesome customer skills. If she got irritated with how much I had to return & rebuy she sure didn't show it. I ran into Andrew in the store while I was doing some more shopping and he was shopping for an online order and yet he took the time to answer questions I had and talk a bit with me. The Waukesha South Target on Sunset has the best people working for them. I have not had any attitude given my way with any employee I have interacted with. I highly recommend this store. Thank you employees of this store for your great customer service!!

Not happy with my most recent trip to Target. Check the expiration date, or best by date on your grocery items before you check, also watch the cashiers while they scan your items. They are not watching the price tags and scanning items twice. Clearance tags are not scanning at the printed price but higher. WATCH THE SCANS!!

Most of the employees here are lovely, but the older lady with the frizzy 80s hair(yes I'm being rude and you'll see why soon) at the self-checkouts really needs to check her rotten attitude before she mouths off to someone who isn't as non-confrontational as me.
I was here with my elderly mother today and she got confused about a product's price. It rang up different than the sign so we hit the help button. This lady comes over and my mother tells her the problem completely politely. This lady could NOT have been more nasty and condescending in return. Eye-rolling, sighing, giving other customers looks like "can you believe this?" and outright mocking my mom the whole time. Responding to her questions with "what do you want me to do about it?" and insinuating that my mom is too stupid to read a price sign. The other customers and employees around us were becoming visibly uncomfortable.
I'm in this store at least once or twice a week and Mizz Frizz has been rude and snippy to me in the past too. I've always just let it go but I'm done now, I'm filing a complaint about her. Insult me all you want, but don't you dare insult my mom.

I've never had a problem till I ordered produce for pick up.
Not making that mistake again.
I could see how they missed the molded items but don't understand how they missed the smell.

They have some good vegan food options that most Target stores in SE WI do not offer.
