Everyone was very involved in their work. Didn’t act they cared I was there when I asked for help. Two employees said they didn’t know when I asked a question. The manager I spoke with was condescending and rude. Will not be back

Some creepy worker named Mark that looked to be in his early 50s kept following me and was scary and weird. I walked through several different isles to see if he’d follow me and he did. I only gave it two stars because they fixed their policy on trading cards but other than that, I’ll still come back but the Mark guy was creepy. Please do something because I don’t want to deal with people like that!

Good selection, good product, and a clean store. However, they have a dozen cash registers and NEVER have more than two open if even that. Even now as I'm standing in line with a full cart and four other people with full carts, there's only one register open. So I'll be waiting awhile. Basically, customer service is a huge problem with this location.

Awful customer service and shelves not stocked. Service desk, young employee, super rude, and no personal skills. Likes to argue with customers and doesn’t listen. Front end manager could care less even told me that she speaks to team members like that. She’s been spoken to before, but he will speak with her again. Why does she even have a job working in the front and Customer Service was such a rude and awful attitude? Why does she even have a job? Never come to Target again and will go out of my way to patronize others with helpful, happy employees and managers who care. Obviously, the store has issues and front and manager could’ve cared less that his employees treat customers with disrespect.

App is difficult to use for me. 2 targets in same city I have one for my pick and the pickup sent to other one. No address on pick up behind target name just word south.
Then drive to other side of town for my order and all my frozen food was missed. I dont normally rate stores but first time using might be my last. Ill stick with walmart and Pick n save.
