Horrible Service. Arrived a 10AM when the store opened. Told them i wanted to upgrade my phone they pulled up my information then told me I would have an appointment in an hour. WHAT?? No one was in the store and they were open! Told me they needed to finish "closing " before they could wait on customers. Then why are you open? The girl was extremely snotty this was 1/2/24. So I said nevermind I will go to ATT she said loudly FINE I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years, on auto pay never missed a payment too bad not anymore. I went to ATT and they were fabulous. Verizon you should check your employee attitudes!

This is my go-to Verizon store for the Waukesha area. The service has been excellent each time I've needed help, even (and especially) for the "little things" like SIM card replacement and general questions on phone models. I've never been pushed by the sales people, which I truly appreciate.

Our experience today was terrible, absolutely terrible. The manager whose name was Bill did not care about our problem at all, showed no enthusiasm whatsoever to understand our problem and “assured” us that our problem would not be fixed today. We will make sure to keep spreading the word about this outrageous company not caring about its customers even a bit while trying to switch to another company. Months of problems is more than enough.

I went to this location on 11-12-2023 due to issues relating to validating my employment in order to continue receiving my monthly discount. The lady at the service counter simply gave me a sheet of paper with the customer service number to call, which I did. Spoke to 2 different reps, neither could speak fluent english nor could they resolve my issue. This is not fair to customers like myself who can only understand fluent english. I believe this to be outsourcing over-the-phone customer service to a foreign country and that is unacceptable. Poor service, terrible language barrier. What a headache. The rep in the store was just being lazy and I was the only customer in the store at the time. She had no people skills at all. Seems to be an ongoing problem at this particular location that needs to be looked into based on the other reviews I read. Went to the Grandview Blvd location by the freeway and the rep in that store took care of my problem immediately. What a world of difference. Five stars for them, zero stars for the Sunset Drive location that I will no longer visit when I need in-store service.

lady who i believe is a manager was rude will not be back.The owner who replied to this i really hope you take matters into your hands and reevaluate who’s working at your store it seems to be an on going issue !

Customer service is one of the worst experiences you’ll have at this dump. Go to Brookfield location instead. Don’t waste your time here.

I went into the store this morning to verify my military status with them. I asked what they needed, they an ID. I told them, nicely, that it is illegal to make a copy of a military ID in any way. The gal, employee, next to us goes very snotty, we have to. I said you can't. Is there anything else? She goes how about that piece of paper? I said, you mean a DD-214? I have 4 different ones. I will be right back. Very irritated by this point. So I come back and get a different gal. And give her my oldest copy to take a picture of. The original girl pipes up and says that I don't know if we can use that because we can barely read it. While the other girl is doing her thing, I said here I have 3 other ones. By this time the original, verified. I left and called customer support explained everything. Went back to the store and asked to speak with the manager. Come to find out, it was the manager that was so snotty. That really upset me. I left and called customer support again and escalated higher. I have never felt so disrespected. Now mind you today is 9/11. Let that sink in. Younger generations????

Sick of long lines?Want help now?Go to the store in Waukesha off of Grandview Blvd. They are even open Sundays and later for us busy people.No wait and they have plenty of time to help you with all your needs rather than telling you to call customer service.From now on I'll always go there instead!

I highly recommend this Verizon location. Our sales person whose name is I believe Arron, helped my husband and I out tremendously! Thank you, Arron! Stay away from the Verizon on Grandview Boulevard. Terrible!

Preston was extremely polite, respectful, and helpful. Overall the staff at this location was a delight to work with, even when dealing with a difficult phone migration that lasted multiple hours. Pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Preston; He quickly resolved issues, maintained quality customer contact, and overall was a very knowledgeable tech!

The phone I ordered online never showed up for store pick up. The employees working at night on 12/23 went above and beyond to fix the situation. I went in feeling stressed and they were so amazing and understanding. I left with a phone and a smile on my face. Thank you for your great problem solving!

Got here before Verizon opens, and no one shows up till 9:13, he tells us it'll be another 20 minutes before anyone can come in. My husband is waiting still and it's 9:30, while I'm sitting in my car trying to stay warm. These guys should be fired!
