Everyone there is great and friendly except the woman who’s mid 50’s with red/brown hair. I’ve been using this pharmacy for two years and every time I’ve seen her she’s been grouchy. With my most recent visit, when I arrived my prescription wasn’t ready, I asked how long it would be so I could either leave or just wait if it wasn’t going to be long and her response was “it’ll be done quickly if you stop interrupting me” with her voice raised. I had only spoken to her once and that was my first time at the pickup area, so it was completely uncalled for and rude. I will no longer be using this pharmacy.

I was taken into prohealth care emergency room against my will and as the result of an illegal arrest/ch 51 as punishmemt for installi g a lock on my door.I both had my advance directive on my person (along with a large volume of other personally identifying documents and legal references) and* prohealth care has/had my advance directive on file. This document specifically forbids (among other things_designed to prevent the obstruction of justices that are ch 51) the use of antipsychotics against my consent. This document was initially pretended not to exist at the subsequent psych wards that they transferred me to (winnabego mental health institute and then Waukesha county mental health center); then after I had a friend drop off a copy (Waukesha county mental health center) they literally wouldn't even read it and used the ******* to break the law and inject me with ******* and then ******* almost killing me through hypertensive crisis where I had to beg for ********** having a blood pressure of 180/120. They refused the clinical standards of benzodiazapines for hypertensive crisis. I only managed to get out of those utterly illegally operating places by pretending to take the poisons they call drugs such that mt vitals could read healthy enough to leave. They geld me only on the grounds of not wanting or needing to take their things called medicine. How is it possible that my advance directive was ignored and that your entity didn't ensure that my advance directive (as well as personal belongings and even prescription *** meds that they stole_my room was also trashed and a lot of my property was stolen (hence why I had to install a lock)while I was illegally detained. Also I was not shown the results of the electrocardiogram at the time taken (or at all as of now but somehow im expected to pay over a hundred dollars for that? ***** im not subsidizing your illegal human experimentation. Worse than slavery those antipsychotics."

I presented with 102 fever and a cough. The med tech knew how sick I was. Still, she did not wear goggles or a face shield. She blew me off when I told her I didn't want her to get sick. She had me lower my mask. Wow! When I mentioned it to doc who also did not wear anything to protect his eyes, he said "Image how many hours people would have to wait if we started with face shields?" REALLY? You put it on and keep it on! Shame on them! They are probably passing this horrible virus to others. What happened to do no harm?

Walgreens out of stock for one of my medications. After waiting a week without a response and contacting them again, my doctor sent my request to ProHealth in Waukesha. 30 minutes later it was ready for pick up! Very friendly staff also. Thank you!!!

May 20, 2020 10:05 am. We walked into the front door. My husband had a doctor’s appt. We were told by the screening woman just inside to wait in line to have our temperature checked. We were not sick. This was a regular appt. There was a person in front of us. The screening lady wiped the thermometer with an alcohol wipe then immediately proceeded to run the thermometer across the persons fore head, then down the side of her face down to her neck on the skin all the way. The alcohol wipe was 1 inch x 1 inch in size. The wipe wasn't big enough to clean the thermometer correctly. She then wiped the thermometer again with an alcohol wipe. She immediately slid it across my husband fore head, face and neck. It was still wet, not dry. She did the same to me checking our temperatures. It was wet going across my fore head, down the side of my face to my neck. There was only a second at the most between wiping with the alcohol wipe and touching our faces and neck with the wet thermometer. We knew it takes at least 30 seconds to kill the virus on the thermometer with alcohol wipe and dry. We then went to check in for my husband’s appt. After we then went back to talk to her and say she wasn't checking temperatures safely. We asked her why she didn't have a no contact thermometer. She had one but didn't use it. She said that if we didn't like the way she was doing it that we should go talk to someone in administration. She got very snotty about it. We told her we were definitely going to tell someone about this. We called my husband’s sister while we were waiting, she is a nurse. She said that the alcohol needs to dry to kill the virus. That is what we thought. We talked to a Doctor about what had happened. The Doctor said that the thermometer should have been dry to kill the virus not wet. When we left, we had to stop to make a next appt. We were going to video record the health screening lady check temperatures. She saw us standing there. She already started to use a no contact thermometer. She kept trying to use the no contact thermometer on someone one repeatedly. It looked like she didn't know how to use it. Nurses aren't the only ones that know how to kill the virus. After the last 2 1/2 months, we know everything about how to kill this virus. We want this practice stopped. We don't want anyone else to go through what we went through. We believe it is still going on today.

Unfair Billing Practices! Absolutely the most worst billing services I have ever encountered! When one is making a payment Pro Health Care billing only provides a Guarantor#, Last Name, Amount to pay Credit Card info .. they are only willing to accept money without having specific option to allocate $ for Date of Service! This allows for failure to apply money on your behalf to other dates of service claims. Resulting to send accounts to Collection or worse skipping that option of collection and go straight to a lawsuit over $500. Surprise.. they never updated my address either.. it is all on record.. documented.. The court recognized someone dropped the ball and looks like they are continuing to sustain this stupidity.. while I make weekly payments! Yuck! This exhausts court fees, time, valuable efforts. Payment plan has been in place! The account should show recent activity with payments... oh that’s right.. you Pro Health Billing Dept are acting on my behalf allocating my funds to other account balances! This is UNETHICAL! Deceptive billing practices!! There isn’t even a comment pop up when you make a payment. This is a violation of fair billing practices! FYI Note: read that electronic signature for consent to treat... it says May accrue interest on bills but does not state the percent.. why? Because it is against the contractual agreements set forth by insurance company’s! That is like giving someone a blank check.. that is also wrong at the patients expense.. this seems crooked. I am embarrassed to say that I work with this organization when you have unethical billing practices and treat people like this! I am fortunate that I love what I do because I care for our community. I can put this aside and provide excellent & high quality care. Though I am cautious to not go there because of this experience from my kids. Step it up and clean up your act! This is being reported! Keep this up Pro Health Care! This is round 2.. I will have no choice but to file a complaint for harassment with all evidence of payments received to you. As of now I will not have my family go to Pro Health ever again!! You have ruined peoples credit who have been actively paying!!! Oh that’s right.. you take it upon yourself to allocate payments not the patient.. that is not right! Preserve your reputation and make changes! On a clerical business aspect : When someone is checking in they need to direct the patient to Accounting/ Billing so they are fully aware. I seen this from patients. Document that they acknowledge outstanding of the balance.. this is the Perfect opportunity to collect and show reimbursement when they are there! Everything on here is Billing based!
