I’m not sure what ever happened to general communication. When I made my appointment for recalls to be finished because parts had come in, I was never told it might take a couple days. I dropped it off and the young lady was nice enough, confirmed with her that I would not need to sign anything, and that when Bruce called I could have him leave the keys in my truck. This was Wednesday night. I tried calling twice Thursday night and no one answered. So I let it go all day Friday, then called Bruce’s number twice and no answer. Didn’t get a call back, but got a “your vehicle is done” text. Went to get it after hours and of course, no key in it. I brought my other key but now have to go back and get my other key. They replaced a tire and it wasn’t inflated properly either. I could never get away with doing work like this, but I guess it’s ok when you have a big dealership name behind you….sad.

This was my first service at Wilde Chrysler Dodge Dealership. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Courtesy transporation was really great. Thank you to All for making my experience so pleasant.

Very nice place and people. I had bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Very nice with low miles. Had a small problem so set up appointment. They fixed in about an hour at no charge to us. Nice clean waiting area with refreshments. All around great experience. I would highly recommend to everyone and anyone. Our used car salesman Scott is very easy to deal with when we bought we drove home the same night. I'll give them 5 + 1 for 6 stars for over and above. Thanks Dave & Barb Guth

Elijah, our salesman, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, along with Josh, all the way through delivery. Elijah really cares about his clients and making sure they understand their vehicle before leaving, and always making himself available if you ever have any questions, long after the transaction is over. My experience for this service was very good. Mike, my service advisor, kept me up to date during the whole process from diagnosing the issue, explaining the repair and making certain everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Even though the repairs unexpectedly amounted to over $700, I feel like Mike and the technician on my case worked together to find the problem and make sure it was correctly repaired the first time.

Worse service department ever!!! Every time I take my vehicle in it is nothing but a long wait. I schedule appointments online, drop the vehicle off the night before and 3 hours after my scheduled appointment for just an oil change still not done!!! I get this information. After calling the service department and being transferred three times!!! I will never go there again

Hannah was very helpful in navigating the issues of the 'road hazard' tire policy. Solving a few speed-bumps, and getting it done. The service team is always tops. Had our jeep in 4 times in the last 5 weeks for routine maintenance, and to fix a bizarre noise coming from the driver's side. The oil change was fine, (although they didn't turn off the wiper fluid alarm light after the 4 times it was in there). The noise was never fixed. I don't know if there was any effort made to fix the problem. After enough trips to the dealership, we took it to a body shop and it was fixed in under 5 minutes. Will never be returning to Wilde Jeep for any service and certainly not for any purchases moving forward. If zero stars were an option, that would be my selection.

I love my truck. Overall, it was decent experience and I learned a lot. I learned that you need to get it in writing, when they say that you can redeem your oil change coupons at any Ram dealer. I’m speaking about the oil change plan that I purchased ahead of time. That’s not true. Also, I contacted the dealer several times to discuss my end of lease options. The salesperson that originally leased me the truck told me that he would call me back with options for a new truck. He never called back. I called two more times and again, I talked to him and he told me he was really busy, but would get back to me. He never did get back to me. I saw him when I was there for my last oil change, but I didn’t bother to approach him. I’ve given up and will most likely deal with someone else or someplace else.

Went in for an oil change and came out with a lot of regular maintenance work done. Although there was a hiccup in some of the work, Mike from service stepped up to make things right.He was kind, calm and persistent. I really appreciated and trusted that once I reported an issue with my vehicle related to the work done, that he would make it right.Thank you Mike for your wonderful service in a difficult situation.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My brother took his Jeep here and has waited weeks and weeks and weeks only to be told he’s now on the back of the list (without explanation), that they still haven’t ordered the part he needs for his car, and that they are refusing to loan him a car for no reason when my dad loaned a car just a month before him through the same dealership. What was supposed to take 3 weeks looks to now maybe take over 2 months and over twice what he was expected to pay. They are overcharging him for parts and practically taking advantage of him at this point and are not answering phone calls, emails, or messages. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. The biggest ripoff of a dealership I’ve ever seen and it’s not close. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!!

Staff acts very professional and always do a good job. I now bring my Ford truck here for service as I had too many issues with another dealership in town. A friend recommended Wilde and he was spot on. On my last visit there was a delay in getting my scheduled service started, so they applied a coupon to my bill. I highly recommend Wilde Dodge!

Well normally I've had no problem with them but the last couple of visits I did have some issues. First off they installed my new headlights and for months I keep getting the message when I turn my car on that I have no low beams when they're on and twice I've had tire issues and I still think it might car needs an alignment because even after the rotation it seems to pull to one side or the other and the last one was the very high cost of the oil change which I know I can get for 20 to 30% less at other outlets
