“I have used their services twice now and plan on returning again. Not only do they do a very good job but it's well priced and the time estimate was accurate. While waiting for my car, I took a long walk in the nearby nature preserve. There's also a restaurant next-door. So, even though they have a waiting room, and a picnic table right outside, there are enjoyable ways to pass the time.”
“Madison Mobile and Detailing made my 2012 Subaru look almost like new! There was a LOT of pet hair and years of general crud and they really paid attention to all the details. It's so much nicer to drive it now. As an added bonus I discovered Elie's Cafe next door and had a wonderful breakfast :)”

But there were still some bug spots on my windshield and dirt in my cup holder when I drove off. Overall, great for the speed and convenience.”

They're fast enough, typically taking 90 to 120 minutes for the total job and with two or three people at a time working on things, a lot of hard work and an entire day worth of man hours go into the detailing. “I checked out the reviews this morning so was unsure what to expect today. I did the basic plus, and added the mat cleaning- it was a Tuesday around 10:30. It took 30 minutes.
I think they did everything they were expected to do so I gave them 4 stars. They said emptying the side garbage pockets was not included so I did that myself. I’ve been to other places that did that though.
Additionally, I think they only do exactly what is included. So they didn’t wipe the sides of my trunk, only vacuumed the floor.
They met my expectations and I would return, but it would be awesome if they gave each car some individual attention as opposed to cookie cutter service. But for the price I think it was a good deal.”

“My wife got a decent sized dent in the hood of her Kia Seltos. Stopped in and got a very reasonable estimate for paintless dent removal. Dropped off the car on appointment day, and when we picked it up later that day, we could not tell where the dent was! Very happy with the work and the whole process!!”
