“We have been banking with Capitol Bank since the beginning of. We switched to them bc we were tired of our banks being acquired by larger and larger entities along with a decrease in service. We have personal checking, a mortgage, and a business account-our kids even had their first accounts there. They have always been helpful, courteous and informative. When an issue comes up (like me getting locked out of the app bc I couldn’t remember my password) they’ve been great at clearing up the issue.”
