Honestly, just reviewing the parking lot as a road tripper! It is tiny and so awkward. If you drive a big truck/suv you might want to avoid unless just getting gas. If you are towing something like an RV or boat, find somewhere else!First, you got the round-a-bout there with people who don't know what they are doing. Then, the lot only has 5 actual parking spots, 3 on one side and 2 on the other. They are awkward to get to with all the traffic from people getting gas, going through the Dunkin drive thru, or coming in off the busy round-a-bout.The stalls are too small for modern cars too. I drive a Subaru Forester which is a small SUV and my car was over both lines on either side when I parked. I came back out and someone else in a little Pontiac Sunfire parked next to me I had to crawl through the passenger side to get in my car. Both of us were parked properly, centered in our stall. They are just too small.

The guy with the white hair is a real ahole! Has a very bad attitude towards the customers. Get rid of him! I am never coming back there because of him!!

Car wash frequently doesn't work, pumps are in a state of disrepair and are frequently bagged, and when there actually is windshield wiper fluid, it's so nasty I wouldn't dream of putting it on my car. Prices here are higher than most places you'll see in Middleton or Madison. The attendants are rude and borderline creepy. I understand that working in the wee hours of the morning may be boring from time to time, but that's no excuse for staring me down the entire time I'm getting gas.

Went to the car wash. For a drive through it does a nice job.

Wow the lack of respect I encounter at this gas station was appalling. I went there to fill up, put my card in and started doing so. Well the pump all of a sudden went dead. I went in, asked if it charged my card (it didn't), and asked what I should do? The girl behind the counter was shaken up and said she didn't know. I left my name and phone number and said I would be back in the evening as I was going out of town. I was very understanding at this point because things happen that were out of her control. The gas station called me 5 times wanting to know when I was going to pay. Mind you this was for $7 of gas. $7! I went back around 5/6 pm and paid my $7 bill with a credit card. Today I get another call saying I didn't pay. The call was from the original associate. She became very abrasive and said it was going to be reported as a run off! I told her I have a credit card charge, I parked right infront of the door and I have a very distinct car so she should check the cameras. She still said I didn't pay. She then asked me to describe who took my payment and I did. I let her know the associate was missing a front tooth. Which she then informed me she was missing a front tooth and worked all that night... She still insists I didn't pay. I informed her that I did pay and this is an internal problem, not mine. I told her to check their cameras and till and if they have further problems to have the manager contact me and I will come in with my credit charge. Never again will I stop there.

Car wash never is in working order. Angie at the front register told me the other car wash wasn't running at the other gas station as well and was very short with me with a lot of attitude. Well I drove to the other car wash at the other gas station and sure enough it was working.

I drove to 15 miles Meffert to purchase kerosene gas. The pump was not working and the two workers refuse to go out and take a look at the pump. They said it was not their job to see if the pump is working. How hard is it to step outside and walk a few feet to confirm if the tank is empty or there is something wrong with the pump. Other gas stations i know placed a not service bag over the pump if there is problem with the pump.

I was trying to refuel my car. It was about 20 degrees out and blowing snow like crazy. I went to sit it my car while pumping because of the windchill. The person inside stopped the pump. I went out to restart it not knowing that they had stopped it, thinking it was just a small malfunction. I got back in my car and they stopped it again. I should have just left. I finished pumping the gas while standing outside in the frigid weather. There are plenty of other gas stations around and I can guarantee that I will not be back at this Mefferts BP ever! Very poor service. Very poor manners. Lost a loyal customer.

Very rude staff especially Karen. Trying to turn in a couple of lottery tickets and she gave me attitude the whole time like it was such a big deal for her to do. Other gas stations in town never have a problem. Not coming here again.

Kind of hard to find the correct name for this gas station. But since this came up, I might as well review it. It's a clean gas station, have multiple pumps available, Dunkin' Donuts is a plus, cashiers are always nice and friendly, and it's very convenient. The area itself can get really busy and kind of hectic. But service is usually a stop and go. They do have a car wash here that's alright. I still haven't found one better than the new PDQ on East Washington. It's a pretty convenient location but I just wish it was on the corner where the roundabout is. It can become a mess! It seems a bit cramped in this specific location. But I'm glad it's there! Never been in the bathroom because I'm never here for that long. I'll be here often.
