Jeff Swafford and the rest of the team at Collision Masters did an amazing job in repairing our Sonata. Their efforts to try to minimize the cost of the repairs saved us significant money and was much appreciated. The car looks like new and we couldn't be more satisfied. All of the staff that we dealt with were friendly, professional and helpful and it was a pleasure to work with them. We highly recommend Collision Masters without reservation and will definitely use them again should we ever need body work on our vehicles.

We have mixed feelings about Collision Masters.
The first time we brought our van in on the day we were scheduled, they weren't able to even start the work we needed done. For a family with two small kids, dropping off a vehicle is no small feat! We got a call at 5pm that we should come pick it up and reschedule.
When we dropped off the van for the second time, we asked them to also address some scratches/paint transfer on the doors. After picking up our van today, these areas were not touched.
The work that they did complete, however, looks great. You'd never be able to tell I backed into our garage. 😅

Collision Masters was great to work with for repair of my vehicle after being rear ended. They took care of the complexities of working through my insurance company. Great communication and my vehicle looks like new! I was offered a loaner vehicle during the couple weeks of repair which was a life safer. Thank you to the team!
