Today, I walk to my mailbox, and there is a letter from Nicole, apologizing, taking responsibility, and explaining everything. Nicole brought me to tears. “This store has evolved and grown over the years, and done so in a way that fits the neighborhood well. It's now a nicely stocked urban garden center, catering to houseplant enthusiasts and home gardeners. Employees are well informed and enthusiastic. They are happy to give advice or special order a product you want.If half stars were a thing, I might take off a half because the prices are a little high. I've wanted to buy things like grow lights and microgreen kits, but been put off by the price. But given the city location, I'd say we're pretty lucky to have them.”

“I had 3 houseplants that were struggling this winter and, after following the advice of the Klein’s team, all 3 have new growth a month later. Thank you for helping novice gardeners and saving our plants!In addition to knowledgeable staff who are available to talk, Klein’s has a fantastic selection of houseplants all year around (including info cards on how to care for them), annuals in the spring for outdoor containers, and beautiful pottery and planters of all sizes. I highly recommend Klein’s for bringing plant life to city dwellings and finding unique gifts.”

This store has a wide array of materials from plants, to planters, books, puzzles, and anything you may need to take care of your plants. Even if you aren’t a plant person, you can find something here. Their small plants make great gifts. I highly recommend this store!”

“If you know nothing about blueberries and have no interest in blueberry bushes...you should absolutely give them a call. However, if you are a blueberry guru, you should as well, give them a call. If are are looking for a wholesale supplier of Austrailian digireedoo's, you should not call and ask about their digireedoo's, as they do not sell, or have any intentions of entering into the Australian Aboriginal Culture and Heritage Musical Instruments trade. You should give up on the digireedoo' .... and call about their blueberry bushes and services.”

“I passed this place for years because I don’t have gardening and landscaping needs but I saw an ad for their holiday gift selections. Looked like I might be able to find holiday hostess and coworker gifts, and it was. I also discovered that it’s probably a great place to find unique little gifts for people all year long. I’ll definitely shop there again when I need a unique gift that’s nice quality but won’t cost a fortune. (they also have some stuff that does cost more if you’re looking for something special!)”

“This garden center is pretty big. They have plenty of plants from peepers and tomatoes to exotic cactuses I didn't even know existed. Are they all incredibly healthy? No definitely not. But with a keen eye, you'll find what you're looking for. As for lawn equipment, selection is limited. I'm talking like 1 rake, 1 shovel, 3 types of lawnmower. It could be better. But for plants and soil, this is a good place to check.”
“I got my first house plant from here :) The woman at the counter was super nice! Knowing it was my first plant, she walked me through the different plant options and gave me some really good recommendations. Gave me tips on how to keep it alive! It was an inviting experience. Would definitely come here again!”
