I've been boarding my pets at Pineview Pet Resort for approximately 18 years. The caregivers greet my dogs, by name, when we walk through the door. They really care about the animals under their care. The kennels are clean. The play area(s) are spacious and kept tidy. The boarding area for cats is wonderful. Very spacious and bright with cat trees. Some with windows. Glass enclosures and very well ventilated. Please call to arrange a time to tour the facility and see for yourself that Pineview Pet Resort would be a great place to board your pets while you're away.

The veterinarians, vet techs, and front desk staff at Pineview are absolutely amazing. We followed Dr. Kelling here and do not regret it. We are lucky to have this amazing vet and staff (vet techs like Carson, etc.) caring for our pups (and let's be honest...caring for us humans). I love being greeted by Tina and the other front desk staff when coming and going.
We've been through the ringer with our 2 remaining ESS girls over the last 2 years (our old girl passed in December). But I've always felt comforted knowing this "family" is also on our side. Thank you, Pineview Veterinary Hospital!!

Needing a new regular vet and this place was great to go to. The staff is all nice and super helpful and the medical team was also nice and super helpful. They answered all questions and made sure my pet was stress free during the appointment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new vet.

Do not take your beloved pet here
Our family had a wonderful experience for 12 years with our first dog under the ownership of Dr. Laura Meffert and Dr. Julie James. Based on this wonderful past experience we brought our newest furry family member to Pineview. However our recent experiences have left us infuriated at the treatment of our dog and do NOT recommend brining your pets to them.
Under the new management (a corporation called Mission Veterinary Partners), the practice no longer allows you to sit in during the appointment with your dog. Which has led to 2 major concerns as we have not been able to observe what is actually being done during the visit.
First concern, after having another dentist look over our dogs teeth he was shocked at what he saw had been missed—he explained that it should have been caught at our dogs 6 month appointment. What was missed will lead to periodontal disease and therefore will require expensive work as our dog is now over a year old.
Second concern is that not once, but 3 times our dog became incredibly ill after spending the night at the kennel. Each time we have followed up we have received vague and unhelpful answers as to what could have happened during their stay. Most recently an object appeared in our dogs stool despite having given clear instructions that nothing should be left in their kennel. This led to a visit to the emergency room.
A third minor annoyance was to learn that despite being told and paying for our dogs nails to be trimmed, they were in fact not as was pointed out by the trainer we went to shortly after the appointment at Pineview.
After reaching out to management first and receiving no acknowledgment of wrongdoing we have decided to take our dog somewhere we can trust. And based on these experiences feel strongly to leave this review.

This is a great place for daycare and boarding! They have very large outdoor spaces that allow dogs to run and play. Their facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and pays attention to dogs that need a little more love.

Beware. Prices are almost double of other vets in the area.
Second time they were told to call specific number for us to pick up our pup from testing where they called the wrong number and made our pup stay at the vet 2 hours longer than needed! Also... 3 attempts at getting medical records sent only to be told "we must have sent them" but nothing was received. HORRIBLE VET! VERY EXPENSIVE WITH NEGLICTIVE CARE! STAY AWAY!

We love Pineview, both the pet resort and the veterinary services. They always take good care of our dog, no matter what his needs are. They also match him with dogs that are just right for him to play with.

Amazing resort with an amazing staff. I'm always at ease when on vacation knowing my three cats have the best care!
