Update (11/9/2023): Happily, I found out that there is at least one employee - Ronnel (sp?) from the bank formerly known as State Bank of Cross Plains. He was great when I stopped in and we got my expired card taken care of - thank you, Ronnell! He went a long way in improving my feelings about LakeRidge.I loved State Bank of Cross Plains but ever since Lake Ridge took it over, it's been an unpleasant experience. Staff are consistently rude, cold and condescending towards me. I never received my new card since the other is now expired. I will have to chase them down yet again so I don't get charged extra fees or penalties for declined charges on my stored card.

I use State Bank of Cross Plains - Waunakee personally and for work. Every employee that I have ever interacted with has been fantastic. There is a warm welcome each time I enter the building. I am looking forward to my visit today!

Since the purchase by State Bank of Cross Plains the service has improved and the knowledge base and expanded but the rates are still not the best you'll find

Have been with SBCP for over 20 years. best service everyone calls me by my name if I have a problem there right on it.All my mortgages are there Have tried dealing with other banks aways come back to SBCP.

State Bank of Cross Plains is a small bank with individualized customer service- the very best bank customer service I have ever received. I live overseas, and they constantly accommodate me and assist me, as if I were there in person. I can not think of a finer bank.

This bank use to have great customer service, that is no longer the case. Decided to go elsewhere.
