We have always enjoyed to friendly and professional service of the US Bank in Waunakee. We rely on this branch for all of our interactions with the bank from checking and savings to CDs and safety deposit services. Great place to do business.

1. Business bankers never call, come or follow up.
2. They closed my business account via postal mail with no reason or explanation. No one had a reason!
3. If you schedule a meeting, they might just forget about you and are unapologetic.
4. ATM is often out of money. Don't go through if you're in a hurry or don't want to get out of your car.
5. Beware the tellers will issue a cashier's check. Then let you know "If it doesn't go through, just tell them to give it back to you so you can bring it back to us. We have new machines so it might not go through."
6. Nothing is a simple transaction! you will have to wait they are not swiftly. In their defense I'd rather it be correct than timely, but goodness more than 15 minutes for a withdraw under 10k.
Unprofessional, utterly discussed with the huge inconvenience they just caused. I know they will do this to others so here is the warning letter not in fine print.

Don't trust them with your business account. They will charge you fees for no reason and can't even communicate wire transfer information. Their people don't have appropriate professional training.

Holy F*&*! Called the bank to ask about a simple task. Man on the other side said we are too busy to help you. This is pathetic. Hire some more people if you can't service your customers and definitely don't be rude to your business customers!

Took forever to get my first mortgage loan through them. Tried once to get a car loan too and gave up after waiting for that. Didn't do business with them since.

Sue, the new mortgage lender, is absolutely outstanding! She has been helping our family procure a loan, and giving us advice for helping our credit. She gave us numerous options to explore which was very helpful. Our credit could use some work, and we are not very knowledgeable, but Sue hasn't made us feel silly and has been nothing but kind and helpful.She is also helping my mother with buying a home at the same time. She has spent a lot of time helping my mom explore the best route for this time in her life. Making her feel safe with such a huge purchase has truly meant so much to our family!Thank you, Sue! We truly appreciate all your help and will definitely recommend Sue and US Bank in the future!

Closed drive through on Friday April 3rd,4:15 pm and supposed to be open until 5 pm no sign explaining why.

Sue MIller, the mortgage loan originator, at the Waunakee branch is so helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend contacting her if you are looking for a mortgage, construction loan, HELOC etc.

Rob from the poor! Exactly what the bible says not to do! Not signed up for overdraft protection, yet they approve small amounts to my debit card to charge me a $36 fee everytime! This is not me swiping it this is someone else who has it on file. If the money is not there it should not be approved period!! I told them not to approve these transactions!!!

This is the main branch location for Waunakee but be aware they have no ATM. The US Bank ATM location is at 200 South Century Avenue, across the street from the strip mall containing Ace Hardware and Papa Murphy's. As with almost all interactions I've had with US Bank employees the Waunakee staff is very friendly and helpful.
