About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) in Waunakee is generally well-regarded by customers, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who aim to provide helpful service. While the small size of the post office may lead to occasional lines during peak hours, the staff is praised for their willingness to go the extra mile, such as delivering held mail directly to customers' doors. However, the post office has also been associated with a suspected scam involving a "spiritual healer" who uses it to receive money from unsuspecting victims, so caution is advised when dealing with any suspicious activities at the location.

We had our mail held while gone the last week. Our "held" mail did not arrive today and I talked to Doug. He said he would bring it to our door later and he did!!! Horray for Doub!

Older lady that works front desk is rude and unprofessional. There has been a pattern of hostile behavior from this woman and she is being reported.

This is the absolute worst post office location I have ever dealt with in my life (and that's saying a lot). Difficult, rude, insulting to customers. A low spot for the community.
