“One 5 minute phone call and this man answered every single question honestly and quickly. I learned more about engines in 4 minutes than i have my whole life ?. In the end he was honest and explained step by step why the cost would exceed a new engine. The most impressive part is i called 7 places before him and none of them knew a fraction of what this man taught me in a few minutes. Not a customer YET but i figured the shop deserves a good review for taking the time to teach me instead of just saying “it wont be worth it”. I know exactly where I'm bringing my Camaro if it ever has an issue and id recommend that anyone else looking for actual answers shouldnt give up until you call here first.”
“I had called around to 4-5 local shops to get estimates to have spark plugs replaced on my car. Going into it I knew this was a labor intensive job so I expected a hefty bill. Tedd gave a fair estimate and then beat that price when I picked it up. Saving me at least $200 from other shops in Waupaca. Great service, great prices and a great local shop.”

“Dropped off my Jeep this week, new to me but a seasoned 2003 Liberty limited. Had very little heat and bad muffler.
They took in the Jeep, went through everything and fixed what ailed it and while not cheap, I wasn't looking for cheap, I was looking for honest....and found it.

The first time they did an excellent job making my car look brand new again after an accident with a deer. Second time back, my car ended up being totaled. Both times they did such a great job working with my insurance company for me. What could have been a major headache, wasn't because they knew what they were doing and the hoops that needed to be jumped through. “Great experience. They were very accommodating. They took care of everything before we even brought the car into the shop. For sizable work, it took only 4 days to get our car into the shop and out like new. Even with a few mishaps on my own part, they were very understanding. If there is any more body work for any of my cars, I would bring them to Johnson's.”
