“My car broke down just outside of Waupaca. I called Waupaca and spoke with Steve and he said he would get someone right out to me. Less than a half hour later tow truck driver Brandon showed up to tow my car to their shop.They were able to give a reliable diagnosis in a short time and realized that I would have to go to the dealership to get it fixed. Brandon was then able to give me, my mother, and the dog a ride back to Appleton with the car. He was a very nice guy who went above and beyond to help.Carol was very kind at the desk to set up everything with AAA.
