“My car broke down just outside of Waupaca. I called Waupaca and spoke with Steve and he said he would get someone right out to me. Less than a half hour later tow truck driver Brandon showed up to tow my car to their shop.They were able to give a reliable diagnosis in a short time and realized that I would have to go to the dealership to get it fixed. Brandon was then able to give me, my mother, and the dog a ride back to Appleton with the car. He was a very nice guy who went above and beyond to help.Carol was very kind at the desk to set up everything with AAA. Thank you all for making what could have been awful as good of experience as anyone should expect. Well done!”

“Nice ppl but if you want smoke accessories then pls go to Amazon or another store that will honor a refund or exchange. It’s basically stealing. They buy in bulk not caring about if their product is in working order. Inflation is insane these days and no one has money to blow. A no refund or exchange or even a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee isn’t enough. If you aren’t willing to give a refund then don’t sell certain Items. No one that works at that store would be ok with buying a product then not being able to return it when something goes wrong after only a couple days.Treat ppl the way you want to be treated. It’s that fn simpleZERO STARS!”

“Every time I come into Waupaca I stop at Holiday! It is like walking into the "Cheers" Bar. You really do want to go where everybody knows your name! The employees are so friendly and I am amazed that they really do know all of their customers and care about them! You can get gas anywhere, but caring and compassionate people... those are hard to find in this world!”

Went on a Friday to pick jup a refill, but the pharmacy was closed for the day due to short staffing ??but I must say the people that work there are very friendly and very helpful and they seem to not let the fast pace effect their mood ?”
