“Julius is great! I was met at the front door immediately. I was there to check out the facility. He was warm, welcoming and seemed excited to see that I managed to just walk in the door. Good thing he's a nice smiling guy, or else I'd ran out immediately. I'm insecure about my insecurities, and I knew I was starting from the ground up. I had like 2 muscle cells to work with. The fear of failure, of shame, and being watched was paralyzing. It's ok tho, AF trainers understand, and want to help you. The trainers are so much more that showing you how to lift weights. We are seen as individuals. Each of us with different physical, mental, and scheduling abilities and disabilities. I've had certain exercises tweaked, or I'm skipping an exercise because I'm not there yet. Regardless, they'll develop a plan to you. Julius does not lower your accountability tho!! I'm thankful for fun sessions, because if they weren't I wouldn't have went back. If I'm not comfortable enough to laugh at myself, or fail without shame, I would never succeed. Thank you AF Waupaca. “The people are friendly. The management is wonderful kind, and helpful. It's very clean and kept up. The instructors for the pool and fitness class are friendly and informative. It's a very fun atmosphere for working out. I love working out at Splash Fitness.”

“I've been working out with Health and Fitness headquarters since May 2023. It's made a huge difference in my life. I was reluctant to join at first. However, June one of the trainers did a great job getting me started off on the "right foot"! ?The facility has a nice selection of equipment, weights, treadmills and bikes. The facility is open 24/7 which works great for me considering the busy schedule that I keep.If I had to comment on what is the best part of HFH, I would have to say it is the people that work there and the members who are always friendly and willing to help when I ask.”
