The rental process was simple and efficient online. King storage had quick response to request. I appreciate the lock and key provided, and clean conveniently located storage unit.

5 star on keeping it accessible. Snow plowed etc. BUT if you even a little late on your payment, expect to have it double locked. And prices have increased quite a bit. And then you have to wait for them to unlock it. No patience there. But overall, I had been there for years, so it was good.

Have gone through King Storage a couple times with different storage units at the same building and one at a different building. I have never had any issues with the units/building or communication. The only thing is all the units I have had, have a light switch with a light bulb in them…but they have never worked, or the bulb needs changing. Not an issue much for me, so I have never inquired about it. Also have never tried to change the bulb because it is much too high for me to get to. Otherwise great units!

Easy to set up online or by phone. I use auto pay direct; but for some reason they can never get it right and they keep charging me the extra $1.00 for a fee for using a credit card. They say there is no charge when direct deposit is on auto pay. I have tried to fix this many times snd they haven’t yet. I even had my fifth wheel camper stored for a week and i met the owner face to face snd told him this problem and he said he would fix it and never did. I tried again and i still pay the extra $1.00 every month for this fee. They owe me for every month except two or three times since i had gotten a storage shed. This is at king storage in king.

I did all the paperwork online, everything was easy. Billing and payment is online as well and makes life easy. The one time I called, I received a call back quickly and my question was answered efficiently.
