I give Pick ‘n Save a one star only because I’m sick and tired of standing in the long line only to have to scan my own groceries and to pack my own groceries, there’s not hardly anybody ever working there and why can’t the people that stand there that tell you how to scan can at least pack your bags? And some of the people that work there are a little rude, and I think they should be wearing hair nets in the bakery and deli. I’ve been shopping more at the pig because they always have somebody bagging my groceries and somebody actually working there as cashiers.

Great place with products and prices. The main issue is customer service very rude with one individual in particular a lady with short blonde hair , a few months ago I was at customer service around 8:45am she came out of the office and basically yelled at me saying customer service only opened at 9 no signage for that. She never greets anyone and always looks miserable. Today was the last straw with her I needed help on self checkout knowing I needed help she just carried on talking to a cashier eventually she came over I said good morning and she just ignored me and said to put my date of birth in and walked away. This is a customer service industry and your company needs good customer service to survive, I have been in customer service for more than 30 years and I have never treated customers like that I don’t think the folks of Waupaca need to be treated like this

The all-self checkout route is awful. I went here around lunchtime and they had zero regular checkout options open, forcing people with larger grocery carts to do self checkout. Kroger’s bottom line is the real reason prices are the way they are, and their attempt to squeeze every dollar from not having to pay for a fully-staffed store. Don’t believe me? Google their 5 year stock price.

This nice young brunette haired lady named breahna was so considerate and pick n save friendly that she not only helped me throughout the whole shopping experience but also carried my groceries and bagged them at self check out! girly needs a raise. manager is cool too

What This Place Needs Is A CLIP ALL COUPON option, and an option for elderly/or those whom do not understand how/ or have the means to use digital coupons!!..simply scanning your pick card should be enough..not all the extra things you have to log into an app and spend hours while shopping trying to figure out. ..Watch everything you buy here carefully or this place will ROB you. Especially while using digital coupons. My advise is to only buy a few items so you can know for sure you aren't getting ripped off. Lines are usually from the self checkout all the way down the aisle to the back of the store,it's madness...and if your lucky enough to have a cashier working, you will be waiting even longer,and, will not be able to keep an eye on the prices of the products you are buying, due to the cashier trying to check you out as quickly as possible. It's honestly a terrible experience. Seems to only be getting worse. .. On a better note;The employees are very nice , and the bakery here is lovely (I order all our bday cakes here, they do a beautiful job every time!) But, don't waste your time getting their pre packaged broasted chicken... Eww.

17 people in self check out, 1out of order, 2 lanes open with cashiers, wrapped around the corner. I was almost run over twice by personal shoppers and there were 4 staff in the on line order and pick up area! Chatting and laughing quite visible to all of us.I had 2 items with total of $1.98. Come on you can do better.

Coupons, coupons coupons. I am sick of paper coupons and electronic coupons. Even after jumping through the hoops ....everything is to costly.Produce is pitiful and expensive. Meat...never mind...

The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately friendliness cannot make up for the filth of the place. The entire floor is covered in grime. I found a fist sized dust ball on one of the shelves, there's dead bugs and plastic shreds all over the floor. The door to the bathroom stuck to my hands. There's a urine smell that permeates the entire store. I found expired meat for sale. Several things dropped clouds of dust when I picked them up. Overall not a good experience.

The self checkout lady named Lee, was very disrespectful and telling us not to buy toliet paper for tping when we are supporting a business. Is very slow and didn't believe us when there was a sale. Held up line and made other customers mad at us. When we were just trying to get correct price.
