Great hotel!! Amazing gym, awesome pool, the staff were VERY friendly and helpful!! Breakfast was better than most! If you’re staying in waupaca definitely come to the Ramada!!!

Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay just some minor inconveniences. They were not satisfactory. Mostly the bed spread not being clean nor having a laundry bag.

Chair was broken in my room plus bathroom smelled a bit funny. Drinks were available for purchase in the lobby but seemed pretty expensive. For the price you should get better accommodations.

This place is a disaster. There was water pouring in our ceilings. After being told the manager wasn’t available till Monday (it’s Saturday and the front desk lady is talking to him right in front of me) we walked out. Lies over lies and still being charged for a room we didn’t stay in. This place is trying to find ways to rip you off. Skip it. There are other hotels in the area.

We stayed for two nights in July for airshow. We accidentally left two men's swim suits in the room, after several phone calls to manager asking for him to mail them he finally agreed. Spiteful manager got his revenge by putting them in an oversize box with thirty dollars worth of EXTRA insurance making the total $54 COD. Great example of poor customer service. We will not be returning to his property.

We travel for work and have been to at least 20 different hotels this year, this one was easily the worse. Rooms are dirty. Walking around the room in white socks and they turned brown. Curtains haven’t been cleaned in years, they have layers of nasty thick dust. They obviously never exterminate, we killed at least 4 spiders in our room and kept discovering webs because they don’t clean these rooms. The shower was filthy, I went and bought Clorox clean up to clean it myself. Loose dirty carpet in the halls, trash scattered outside, they barely take the trash out throughout the building. All the pictures you see of this place on the internet are outdated of the facilities. Looks like the owner or manager is using ChatGPT to respond to these reviews, maybe they should spend more time on upkeep and less time responding to reviews with fake promises of improvement. This place is horrible.

We booked a king bedroom suite the room was large and spacious little outdated could use some paint and a deep clean the only issue we had was we checked in at 5:30 PM and when we got to the room the air-conditioning was not on and there was only one in the room by bedtime the bedroom part was hot and muggy it was not until the next day that it got cool in that part of the for the 530 dollars to stay there two nights (eaa weekend) expect better service

Breakfast was nice, but no bacon, sausage or ham for protein. Staff was nice, check-in quick and easy, but overall upkeep could be improved. Clean the windows, especially front doors, touch up paint, and replace faucets with scale or clean them with vinegar and dry after cleaning.

The only thing that was bad was the bathroom fan- it was horribly LOUD !

There are no paper channel guides or anything advising where to turn for the on screen guide. That is my only issue, everything else was 5 star.

Purchased the day pass today for $10 to use the swimming pool to swim laps and the mens bathroom at the swimming pool was absolutely disgusting!! Truck stops have cleaner bathrooms.

Very disappointed. Not very clean. There were teenagers there during the day and evening and they knocked on our door and were running up and down the hallway at 10:30 PM. I called the front desk twice but not a lot she could do. I don't think they would have listened to her. She was empathetic and I told her I'd call the police if they continued. The facility was remodeled but kind of jumbled up. Kind of a strange rehab. Will not go back. Not fond of Ramada Inns. Outdated.

WARNING. The minute I drove into the parking lot, I could tell it was a dive. The parking lot had tons of cracks through which grass was growing, along with grass growing along side every curb. It actually looked like an abandoned building.
Upon walking in, there was an immediate stench. I immediately cancelled my reservation. I would have rather slept in my car at Hartman Creek State Park than stayed here. Seriously, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
Obviously, I cannot rate the rooms or service. But seriously, go somewhere else. I needed up staying at the Cobblestone in Fremont. It is farther away from Waupaca, but well worth the miles!

Front desk awesome. Sheets clean. Bath tub very dirty. Shower head 8 foot. I'm 6 foot could barely reach it. Noise level after 11:00 PM very loud.Dogs barking kids yelling.
