Don't buy from them, the air conditioner didn't work when I told them about it when I test drove the vehicle. They replaced the air conditioner with a used junk yard part and 6 months later it rusted out.also the license plate light bulbs were missing and when I put new bulbs in they didn't work. Needed new front tie rod etc...yep they checked out everything 🙄

It sucked. He argued with me over everything and had no issues with the vehicle problems. Factory or what was in the lot. No meditations at all. Go elsewhere. Don't take your dollar here

Exceptionally pleasant experience. I hadn't financed a vehicle in over 35 years. Met with Dan, who walked me through entire process. Added plus was the Carfax information. Love the vehicle and would highly recommend Royal Automotive to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !
Bought a car about a month ago and 3 weeks into ownership I realized my oil level was going down fairly quick but I didn’t want to call the dealership and make assumptions on the problem so I took it I get diagnosed at a shop local to me considering I live a hour away from the dealership they told me my oil filter housing was leaking and it would cost 1800 to fix I called the dealership and told them what I was told by the shop and Dan the owner started saying why didn’t I call them when i realized the problem and I told him I checked under the car and seen it was leaking so I took it in to get diagnosed so I wouldn’t call the dealership saying something was leaking and not knowing what it was 100% so he basically told me to send him pics he never got back to me so a week later I called him and he proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do about it sucks I only owned the car for barley over a month and it’s has a leak that’s costing me almost $2000 to fix

Hi Dan I am Jen’s kid I actually did called you a few times and I actually waited for you for almost a hour and the reason why we didn’t call back on Monday is because (you) missed the appointment (we) set up and I would have understood if you called and said that you had family emergency family does come first but a simple call or text on your end could have set everything straight

My son had a personal appointment with Dan , the owner, to test drive a truck on Saturday at noon. Dan never showed up or called. My son waited 30 min. I called Royal Automotive on Thursday to see what happened. Dan said he had family concerns. I said well that’s understandable, but it’s Thursday and we haven’t heard a word from you. Not even an apology for not showing up or trying to reschedule with my son. He was very rude and unapologetic. I don’t recommend buying a vehicle from him. If he doesn’t even care before the sale just image the customer service afterwards.

So disappointed how my purchase was handled.I’m 21 and purchased a 20K used car from Dan, 3 1/2 hrs from my home. I even tested it with a VCDS and it showed exhaust flap codes I felt good about buying it.40mn in to my drive back the transmission started acting up. I pulled over and immediately called Dan and told him what was going on. I also thought (at that moment) it needed to be towed, which is what I told him. He told me to get it looked at and let him know the outcome, that he may be able to “help”. I wanted to turn around and come right back but he wasn’t able to meet me.I’m 99% sure he did relearns/adaptations and cleared the transmission codes so the car would drive normal for a small amount of time after I test drove and bought it.Yes- when you buy a used car it’s “as is”, however, there should be some kind of humanity or grace behind a large purchase like this, especially when I called only a short time after the purchase. There was none. Dan doesn’t care, he got it sold. The fact that he says “it was fine when I had it” and in so many words, he’s not obligated to do anything for me, shows character. He also accused me of lying, saying I drove it when I told him it would be towed. After our conversation I was able to clear out the code to drive it. So yes, my estimate shows all those extra miles because I drove it from his shop to my shop and I didn’t have another car to drive. It’s been sitting since then once I figured out different transportation. But all that doesn’t really matter, it was just his excuse to bail. The car came with the issues. Period.I provided the estimate and called him about the issue immediately. (He also didn’t mention that one of the air suspension bags had a leak). As the car is now it will pop out of gear or die sometimes when put into drive. ($7500+) Expensive repairs to say the least.Super disappointed and would not recommend buying used from him.

I found this Jeep on CarGurus, from my living room, in Florida. Royal Automotive made this process extremely easy and stress free. Dan and Miranda were very accommodating. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns that I had throughout the entire process. By far the best and easiest automobile purchase that I have ever made!
