Numberous times, my prescriptions related to a workers comp claim have been charged to my personal insurance even after my doctor noted it was under workers comp. Which led to extra waiting in the building or needing a new resubmission that took days to approve and causing me not to have medication after a surgery. I would also get calls saying my prescription was ready, made the trip there and only 1 out of 3 would be ready. If they're not all ready why make the call? Never had these issues until SSM Health took over. Very frustrating to be in pain, waste gas, and time.

This pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. I can count on them for anything. I'm a cancer patient with two special needs kids and have been extremely sick from cancer treatments, our autistic son has been struggling and needing medications, and even our disabled daughter. They always deliver to me as soon as possible and today they dropped my meds off, than came back immediately and dropped my son's off. Now that's patient care and I feel so lucky to have a wonderful pharmacy like them.Wonderful job everyone!!! Keep it up!! You're making a difference!!

Used to use them for all my prescriptions. Lately they’re more worried about me wearing a mask when I come into pick up my prescriptions. So today a lady asked me if I saw the masks upfront to put on and I said no thank you. She then told me it was a requirement in the building, so I said to her that’s fine I will get my prescription somewhere else and walked out. This is not the only time that they haggled me about a mask.Also last month, messed up and failed to tell me that my one prescription didn’t have the correct number for authorization. But couldn’t call me to ask for said number or reach out prior to pick up when they updated it on mychart. There I sat for 30 mins waiting…. Go else where if you can.

Can never get through when I call. I need a pharmacy I can depend on without pressing redial every five minutes and getting no where.Going elsewhere.

This used to be a great pharmacy. We chose to switch everything over from walgreens because we were sick of being treated like trash. For the first few years, things went well. Lately, we are getting more attitude than we are help, they never have a full month of meds in for me, they pass the buck and blame the doctor or us directly for their mistakes. Well I for one am just done. Back to walgreens.

This is my local pharmacy and they do an adequate and speedy job. The prices are slightly above average, and it is owned by a big money medicine company. The people that work there are friendly, at least.

Always trusted them, but after 3 monthes of them incorrectly getting my insulin prescription wrong. Even after contacting them, and they putting a note on the script they got it wrong. My faith and trust has greatly been stretched. Bad enough dealing with insurance, but when the pharmacy itself literally messes up 3 monthes in a row. It makes you wonder

They bubble pack my meds weekly so all i have to do is pop out the correct day and all my meds are in one place and not in multiple bottles. They are friendly and if you make Agnesian your home pharmacy they know you by name and treat you like family!
