This hospital is absolutely rediculous as they've always been. No visitors for 24 hours when a young mother is going into labor is not an empathetic and supportive richfield. Do not deliver here.

They are committed to the health and well being of their patients and work with each patient according to their individual needs. My experience with them, has been an outstanding example of medical care. If I have questions about anything I get answers, and a plan of how to deal with it.

Excellent care. April at front desk is always helpful and nice. Jamie and all nurses always very friendly and knowledgeable. Jolene couldn’t be more caring and understanding. i am new to Wisconsin and very happy to have found Jolene for myself and family.

Always feel relieved after its over. I'm not a fan of needing medical care, but Jolene is nothing short of amazing. She always listens, and responds kindly but honestly. Jaimie is so sweet and is awesome at blood draws on a very difficult patient. Thank you for making my uneasiness go away today.

I have been going here for about 5 years now. Without them I wouldn't have gotten proper diagnosis for my illness. They were wonderful. Listened to my needs, concerns and frustrations and didn't quit until I recieved answers for a pretty serious health issue- when no one else would. I can't thank them enough ❤

Called for my account number and the Colleen got snippy with me because she couldn’t find it. Told me to call billing because it’s not her job. How rude!
