“I was in need of a new starter solenoid for my John Deere x370 mower. I reached out early in the morning and received a very courteous reply as to where and when I could pick up the replacement. Upon arrival, the part was waiting for pick up with my name on it. Checking out was a breeze and everyone was extremely welcoming. The yard was well organized and the showroom was clean and inviting. Clearly a good selection of products! The service team dedicated time to answering some questions I had about the installation and general maintenance of the machine. Their insight and guidance was greatly appreciated. I have had the solenoid installed for about 2 weeks and the tractor starts better than it ever has before. I suspect that the solenoid was faulty/weak directly from the factory. I am very pleased with the fine folks at Ballweg Implement and applaud their high level of customer service.
