Out of all the auto stores I've been to, O'Reilly is by far the best. Some of the employees at other auto stores I've been to don't know much at all about cars. O'Reilly employees are knowledgeable and can even help troubleshoot repairs. They have a great return policy if you have problems with a part. 5 stars isn't enough

.. you know when you walk into an auto parts store you might be having a bad day but it wasn't that bad because they had everything in stock that I needed and were extremely efficient and professional at acquiring the necessary Parts in a timely manner and having me checked out in less than 10 minutes or so

Dead battery in our truck while driving to Madison to visit our daughter at college. Luckily, we were within walking distance of this shop and they helped us get back on the road quickly! Great service and amazing that they were open on a holiday weekend!

There was no one at the counter when I walked in. I walked up and down 6 Isles before seeing anyone and another 2 before I was greeted. They didn't have the part I was looking for.

Wiper arm issue, and we pulled in and the two gentleman helped get it in working order to get us home safely and until monday get it back to dealership to repair the recall work they did on Friday!
