So after getting discharged from the ER, Walgreens pharmacy in Waupun was closed. Not a problem, I thought. Boy was I wrong. I called them the next morning and asked to have the prescription transferred to a Walgreens closer to my home. She said I'd have to call them to initiate a transfer but she'd cancel the order filled there. Apparently she cancelled the entire order because after spending several hours of my day on the phone, traveling to the nearest Walgreens I found out that neither of the stores was able to help me. More phone calls to the ER, more time waiting and waiting in Walgreens. This is ridiculous. I will not trust the Waupun Walgreens pharmacy ever again. Absolutely the worst service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

This Walgreens needs to get it together...every time I go in there the prices are wrong, the coupon won't scan or the catalina that they printed won't scan....I'm tired of this place!!!

Worst Walgreens I've ever had to deal with on prescriptions. Rude pharmacy staff, had to go through the drive up window 3 times for one prescription. In the past I was given the wrong medication altogether and the pharmacist had to bring the right medication to my house to exchange so I had the right drug.

Was told my script needed to wait a day to be filled even though I had just gotten it from my doctor that day. Was told "Don't worry you can fill it in the Neenah Walgreens so everything will be okay" well here I sit in the Neenah Walgreens being told I need to physically pick up my script. So she straight lied to my face to get me out of there. This isn't the first time I've had my medications messed up. How any of those people other than Dale the pharmacist have jobs is beyond me.

I'm giving this review because as I stand here at the pharmacy.. The person checking me out was being extremely RUDE and this isn't the first time.. He seemed completely fine towards the person who was ahead of me though, so I'm not sure what the change in attitude is for or why I continuously get treated in such a manner but I may just go elsewhere for my medication pickups because of this. You also have a couple employees that seem to hate their jobs because the couple times I needed help finding and item or had questions about one, I'd get a disguested groan and you could clearly tell they were not happy or wanting to help. To the point where I just told the person nevermind and walked out of the store at one point. There are a few nice and friendly employees though and that is very much appreciated!

This Walgreens is very people oriented. Always greeting you at the door and asking you if you need help. My favorite department is cosmetics because the red head there (can't remember her name - been there a long time) she always is very helpful and understanding. I have very sensitive skin so I'm always bringing things back and trying something else because I get reactions from things. She just asks if there was a problem I tell her yes or no because sometimes I open something and I've just changed my mind I would like another color of lipstick or blush or something. She doesn't judge why it's just if you are't satisfied with anything at this Walgreens they will refund your money or exchange it without blinking and eye. I'm in there often to check out coupons or specials on my favorite products and always use my Walgreens card to keep track of my purchases. The people are all friendly except just like that other person mentioned there seems to be some issue in the pharmacy where this one woman is just plain crabby and dismissive so I don't use their pharmacy, I go elsewhere just because of that... seriously she's got an issue about something - basically everyone I guess. I just try to smile and get through it. I know her name but don't feel I should share that here and completely destroy her reputation. If she ever reads this I just wonder though if SHE knows that it's HER we're talking about! LOL!

This Walgreen's is very clean and very organized but the staff here are very rude except for a lady here in her 3 rd age I believe other then that not bad for a small town to have a Walgreen's

This store is relatively new and a pretty nice Walgreens. I enjoy coming here whenever I'm in town to pick up little things since Waupun doesn't really have a general store anymore. Just like any other Walgreens they have photo printing, hallmark cards, toiletries and handful of groceries. I do mostly come here for the pharmacy though and it's usually not to bad. There is only one lady in the pharmacy that always seems to be mean or impatient with you. If you don't draw her then you're good to go. Other than that lady, this place is a solid stop.

The WORST store I've ever been to EVERY time me or my family goes shopping there There's always employees checking up on us like if we're gonna rob something, And we never have! And this went so far that we were humiliated at front of people like if we were thief's DISRESPECTFULLY being kicked out of the store by the manager just cuz my little brother that likes going to learn about God and likes preaching the word to kids and adults went to the restroom with NOTHING in his pockets was accused of robbing. We called the cops but apparently there's no law that could stop that store from doing that.
