I had a wonderful shopping experience at Walgreens in Waupun today. I needed to get some pictures copied and.Terri Was so helpful and so kind. I had a lot of pictures to copy and I so appreciated her patience with me and her willingness to step forward and help me. If you’re looking for a good shopping experience go to Walgreens in Waupun, Wisconsin. The sales people are absolutely exceptional

This pharmacy sucks. Waaaaaay too slow. Not helpful at all. Apparently it's a common theme to have this pharmacy deny you medication that can send you into seizures or give you a heartattack if stopped taking. .. the pharmacist acts like a sadist, and will try to show you that he has the ability to deny you meds you can LEGALLY pickup. The pharmacist cannot count 30days.
Do not go here. Read the reviews!

The employees are very nice, I've never had an issue with anyone working here. The pharmacy hours are extremely rough though. I work during the entirety of their hours and with no weekend hours it means that I can only feasibly pick up my RXs two days during the week. I've started using the Beaver Dam Walgreens for convenience.Their stock is somewhat limited and certain things are far more costly than if you just went to Walmart instead. This is a really good place to get vitamins and lotion though. They tend to have a lot of deals. I've gone here probably five times over the last six months and every time I've gone there's been a buy one get one deal on the vitamins.I really like their rewards program as well. The paperless receipts is great. I think the only real way that this place can improve in my eyes would be to have 1-2 self checkouts. Their employees tend to be pretty slow at checking out and bagging compared to other stores.

Tabitha said I had no med refills when in reality I did. I’m glad it wasn’t life or death this time. Then made me wait after I was told it was ready. They also said if I couldn’t get it at 8 they would contact me. They never did. Go the CVS.

My daughter &I came into the Waupun,WI location on 5/4/23 checked out at 5:12pm. I was a daily to take the survey wanted to compliment a worker named Caitlyn who came to photo to help us with a last minute picture My daughter needed to make a gift for her friend that was graduating nursing school. She was very helpful and friendly. She was quick to help us and we made it on time to the ceremony as we were running late and scared we weren't going to be there on time. Thank you so much Caitlyn!

So after getting discharged from the ER, Walgreens pharmacy in Waupun was closed. Not a problem, I thought. Boy was I wrong. I called them the next morning and asked to have the prescription transferred to a Walgreens closer to my home. She said I'd have to call them to initiate a transfer but she'd cancel the order filled there. Apparently she cancelled the entire order because after spending several hours of my day on the phone, traveling to the nearest Walgreens I found out that neither of the stores was able to help me. More phone calls to the ER, more time waiting and waiting in Walgreens. This is ridiculous. I will not trust the Waupun Walgreens pharmacy ever again. Absolutely the worst service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
