Had a great experience, given that I was there for hernia surgery. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

I have only ever had positive encounters with all members of the women’s health staff. Coming from Las Vegas, it was a pleasant surprise to have doctors here who take the time to listen to you and who are polite. I can’t wait to deliver my son at this hospital!!

I was treated very well by the staff from the moment I walked through emergency room door until my discharge from the hospital the following afternoon. Everyone, including the ER doctor, hospitalist, nursing staff, respiratory therapist, pharmacist, radiology technician and dietary staff, were concerned, caring and professional. My treatment was above what I expected. Everyone was conscientious in explaining my diagnosis and treatment, and in providing the best treatment possible.

I had a TKR by Dr Callahan on October 2.I had an overnight stay. Everyone who had any interaction with me was very professional and kind!! I would highly recommend Dr Callahan for any orthopedic needs! In addition to my knee replacement,he also operated on my foot/ankle when I came through the ER after a traumatic fall where I had a trimalleolar break.

There ER is the best around. Very thorough, I would recommend this hospital over Fond du lac hands down. Immediate care when I was in need.

Never had an issue with the hospital or clinic until they made the switch to SSM Health. Specifically, the billing. Had a simple procedure done and I started getting bills from several different entities. Not knowing specifically who I owed and for what (seemed to be double charges and charges from doctors having nothing to do with the procedure), I tried talking to someone at the hospital for an explanation of the bills - there isn't anyone at the hospital to personally talk to anymore!! Was told to call SSM "Customer Service". They had no clue. There are several "Customer Service" lines. One for the hospital, one for the clinic, and a couple others. None of them know what the other is doing. Seems each one is its own entity. If hospitals had Billing Departments like they used too it would be better, but it's all about the money. It's no wonder people have no faith in the health care system

Yesterday, Sept.6, 2022 I came here for a Pulmonary Function Test. I have had these before and due to lung issues they are very difficult for me to perform. I got there early and did not wait long. I can't remember the Tech's name because I was so apprehensive. From start to finish she was Fantastic! She was patient, kind, and explained everything she was doing. This is the 2nd or 3rd one I have had here over the years. I have ALWAYS had a positive experience. Thank you for easing my anxiety and for being so kind. Also, thanks for getting me a bottle of water when I needed one! I really appreciated it!

If your in a emergency I hope you don’t end up here. The nurses don’t really care about their job at all. My sister in laws heart rate was in the 170s and she was in a lot of chest pain. My fiancée which works in surgery was pushing the call button and they wouldn’t come in. So she ran out and said can someone come help us?? And the nurses were like, “we’ll be there in a little bit”. Seriously??? Then the doctor came in Farhat Khan. He started shouting at my sister in law that was in a lot of chest pain saying over and over that your fine and to stop freaking out. How unprofessional are these people? Apparently they are in the wrong field of their jobs are to care for people but all they do is treat people carelessly

SSM is an organization that puts the money first. Remember that when inmates get treated before you or when they push you through like a meat market. It's not about medicine here, it's about the bottom line. Remember when you get sued over a bill you didn't know you had, they are the sisters of Saint Mary.

Lawrence L Neuman Jr "MD" did not take my girlfriend seriously at all when we suspected she had an active Lyme's infection. When she tried to explain her symptoms he cut her off and preceded to say "you think you've had this (bullseye rash, likely indicator of Lyme's) for 2 weeks?!" When she was trying to explain the *symptoms* she has had for 2 weeks. She had already said numerous times she just noticed the bullseye pattern the day of the visit. He then proceeded to give inaccurate information about Lyme's and ticks, saying there's no way she wouldn't have noticed a deer tick on the location where the rash was, that according to him "all the ticks he has seen are the size of a pea", lookup any information on deer ticks and you'll recognize this is false right away, also why is a doctor giving anecdotes of times he's seen ticks? He then said that the ring around the spot needs to be larger, again this is false, it starts small and expands in diameter as the bacteria spreads, her's was a clear bullseye pattern consistent with any early documented cases, and these initially show up 3-30 days after infection, her other symptoms started ~2 weeks before the visit, which would coincide with the bullseye occurring (few days to weeks after infection). When the visit ended one of the nurses gave her a sheet of paper which had 3 of her symptoms she was trying to explain to him on it and said if experienced she should come back immediately *facepalm*.The most condescending and rude doctor I have ever met in my entire life, going to just visit Aurora Health in Oshkosh. Lord have mercy. I'm trying to be clear in the information I'm giving, even if it seems a bit wordy or redundant. Final bit to add is that the nurses and other staff were very kind and helpful, it was just Lawrence who demonstrated poor behavior and a lack of brain cells.

Wanna say thank you to Urgent care staff. They've been more attentive and caring lately than times in past. I appreciate when I'm taken seriously, and not as a joke as I was with previous experiences. Please keep up the good work and good bedside manners. Your patients hear and see more than you realize. And that's important.
