Had storage here for approximately 5 years. Every interaction was positive. From changed card detail issues, to the eventual resignation of the 2 storages. Always helpful, kind, and well plowed in the winter. If I needed storage again, I would return without hesitation.

We have rented multiple units from Waupun Self Storage over the years, and we are happy with them. The ease of getting things in and out, along with their great communication, as well as their overall professionalism is why we continue to rent from them.

They were amazing to work with. They were very quick to respond and was able to help me solve my temporary storage situation. Also loved that the units were very clean and in great shape. Felt my personal belongs were safe.
