Useless bank under new management that has no idea what they're doing

Made an appointment to open an account, they refused. Not helpful. Said to just come in they didn’t need anything but ID, got there and they said can’t do anything for me and wouldn’t tell me what documents I needed to move forward. Literally told me to go elsewhere. Wouldn’t do business here at this branch.
