The people who work in the morning are very nice and that is when we always go, morning or lunch. Our food is always hot and tasty. The restaurant is clean and very easy to navigate from the counter to seating. It always is a pleasant experience. The one thing I would change is pricing.

Food was expensive. An $8 sandwich that was tasty, but very skimpy on the roast beef. Either charge a lot, or have smaller sandwiches, but not both. I'm tired of this.

Drive thru worker stated we would recieve our food "fresh"! And then we get cold, hard curly fries in both of our meals. The food was absolutely NOT fresh.

Not good at all burnt bun and cold bacon and it should have NOT BEEN SERVED AT ALL !!!!I'm going to have to say that I was very very disappointed with my meal it was nothing like the commercial !!☹️?

This is definitely one of the worst places I've been in a long time. I thought it might be because they only had like one person working or something but I saw that there were several; so no excuse. First issue was that they were unable to hear my order through the drive-thru so I had to basically scream it. I just wanted a five-piece chicken meal with curly fries and two barbecue sauces; and that was about 20 minutes after I got there. One car in front of me. Then when I got to the window the lady asked me to pull forward and they will bring my order out when it's ready. So then I sat for another 10 minutes until the lady came out and said " here" and then proceeded to toss my bag at me. They also gave me only one barbecue sauce (For a five-piece meal?). This is a terrible place.

I went through the drive through. There was miscommunication when the order was read back. So one item was not what I had asked for. I asked them to correct it, and they did. I could tell there was tension, but the drive though lady and the manager was courteous. I know they were frustrated, but they honestly didn't show it. So thank you for being courteous eventhough they was frustration.

Place was a mess, lady handling food wasn’t wearing gloves, blatantly ignored for minutes to get my order, not a single person of our group actually finished our food, and anyone who got the new burger is currently sick and puking. I recommend the health department checks on this place.

I have never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant in my life. I guess it's ok to make fun of different cultures, make jokes and laugh in people's faces. We will NEVER eat at the Wausau Arby's again. Disgusting.

Amazing how bad the employees are. Two orders in a row were wrong and sandwich was made wrong. Not very polite and no napkins.

They don't include napkins and don't ask if you want any sauce, so if you forget, you won't get any.

Ordered Roast Beef with out bun. The roast beef was very pale, greenish in many areas and dry crispy at the edges. As a whole Arby's has been in a food decline for many years.
