Great staff. Berlin helped me out, she was very attentive and clearly cares about helping my customers. I haven’t been helped by a person with some spirit like that in quite a while.

None of the card readers work on the pumps tried damn near every one and every time it would lock onto my card but do nothing and it would take me like 2 min of pressing random buttons for it to unlock, such a waste of time. If your card readers don’t work at least put tape on em and tell ppl to pay inside

Lately this is the second gas station were I've experienced issues using my debit card at the gas pump?? It wasn't by tap, but regular way of reading the chip.

Seems like every time I go to wash my vehicle they have a sigh that says incommulate weather closed when that's not the case at all or is it the employee are to lazy to remove the sighs

Great place to get sodas/snacks and trail passes before heading to the UP. The staff is really helpful and take pride in their work! Definitely going back

My favorite BP and I travel across the USA for work. Berlin was very helpful, happy and high spirited while I visited. Wish this was my everyday store. I will revisit and recommend anyone to this BP. Much love from Cincinnati:)

Tire air machine was broken. Credit card reader did not work and the quarter slot took 7 quarters before resetting how much I had put in, and it doesn't give your quarters back. Store clerk was not helpful. Just get your tires filled at Kwik Trip, it's free there.

I always use this location for both the fuel station and the Postal office. One of the staff there is always very rude, angry looking, and has zero personality at all. He has helped me on many occasions and has never said a word to me except the one time I needed a box for shipping some items and he couldn’t find it. I respectfully pointed it out to him that it was right in front of him. He mumbled something under his breath and basically threw it on the counter. It would be at least a 4 star review if he would treat customers better.

Staff is very friendly. Pump receipt was out of paper and I needed to have a copy of my receipt. Before I had a chance to go in and get a copy station staff came out during 13 degree snowy weather to give me a copy.
