Very professional group, from our representative, Hattie Hogan, to the installers doing the ground work. Great customer service and selection. Order arrived on time and within budget.We went with peel and stick carpet squares (Smart Squares SQ108) for our basement and installed it ourselves (free install is just for rolled carpet), was very easy after watching the training video online (dare you to find a seam). Feels thick and soft on bare feet.

We are a return customer of Carpet City. I highly recommend this business. The showroom has ample samples to review and take home. They scheduled a measurement of the room to be carpeted quickly and we received our estimate quickly. Our installer (John) did a meticulous job and even cleaned the baseboards to make sure there was no glue on them! All of our furniture was moved and replaced and the old carpet was hauled away at reasonable cost. Their attention to detail, good business practice and friendliness cannot be overlooked. Well done, Carpet City!

We had our floors replaced throughout the home (tile and Hardwood) and master bath tile shower installed. They removed old flooring and shower insert. There were some hiccups here and there such as incompatible sub flooring, etc. the installers rolled with the punches and did a great job. We were very happy with the selection and quality of products offered as well as the expertise of the installers. It did take quite a while for the products to be delivered and to have us scheduled for install. The installation took quite a while as well with the hiccups but it was worth the wait to have it done right. If you are looking for someone to come in tomorrow and get the job done this is probably not the place for you. If you are patient and are looking for quality over convenience then I would recommend Carpet City 100%.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. where do I start? Last year I went in to look for luxury vinyl planking for my home. Not only was I over looked several times before I was helped, but they literally helped a person that just walked in behind me as I waited at their front desk... when everyone else was attended to, it was my turn I guess. I set up a time and date for an estimate, and they came. They took measurements and everything. I was told to give it a few weeks for my estimate. I said ok. A month later, I believe, I went in to ask about the estimate. The same guy that helped me completely forgot, and said it wasn't done yet, but they'll get it to me soon....I never heard from them again. No estimate. So I decided not to even try with them. Fast forward to this experience...I decided to give them a try again... stupid me. The salesperson seemed nice enough as she apologized for my previous bad experience. She said it won't happen this time. Well she was right about it not being the same experience, it was a totally different s*** show... after the estimate, I made a date and time for installation. They called me the day before and notified me that instead of our 8am to 10am time, it would be 12pm maybe 1pm at the latest. I said very well, what choice do I really have?...1pm hits, and nothing. 130pm no call, no installer. 2pm then 230pm. No call, no installer. By this time I have to go pick up my wife from work. I knew exactly how this would play out. I leave, installer comes, no one's home, I get blamed, and have to reschedule. So I drive to carpet city after calling multiple times with no answer, and no way to leave a message. I arrive and only one person is working, and no one to answer the phone. I talk to the salesperson and she has no clue what's going on. No communication with their installer, and blames them for being late. She states that the installers never keep them updated on their ETA or their status. That it's so frustrating. I don't buy her "we are the victim" attitude, so I vent my frustrations with their company. She calls the installer and asks him what his ETA is and he says 5 min. Well I have to get my wife, so I'm not gonna be home. So she instructs the installer to wait until I get home. I get home and no one's waiting.... long story as short as possible, they blame each other, no one takes responsibility, the installer didn't know it was 2 rooms, carpet city didn't give him enough padding, then tried to give him a lesser brand and material in place, etc... this place is horrible and I'll never use them again... it's ridiculous. Good luck if you do. Maybe you'll be the right type of customer that they'll treat you better...

Looking for accent tile for our bathroom remodel. The main tile is not easy to accent with but with so many different types and styles available I have hope to finally finish this project.

I recently had some flooding in my home. All my flooring had to be replaced. Together with Northstar Restoration, Carpet City came to my rescue. Alex worked with me to find affordable flooring. They have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them for all flooring needs.

We have been shopping flooring here for 25 years. Always have had good service and quality. To make a long story short we bought vinyl planking here a few months ago for entry, dining, kitchen and hall. We had our own installers put it in. We should have known something was up when we ran to get another box and they told us it was last one as they were switching to something else in future. Well within a couple weeks our floor seams were coming apart. Contractor came back and tried to fix. Then I called Bob at Carpet City. After looking it over he said it was a manufacturing error. They no longer carry product because of spotty product.Well Bob made it right as much as they could. I upgraded to better product but Carpet city installed and it is beautiful. Yes it stunk to have to pull trim and reinstall but the results are gorgeous floors that we will love for many years.Thank you Carpet City for standing behind your products and making it right when there is a problem
